Deuteronomy 12

  1 H428 These H2706 are the statutes H4941 and judgments, H834 which H8104 you shall observe H6213 to do H776 in the land, H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 God H1 of your fathers H5414 gives H3423 you to possess H3605 it, all H3117 the days H2416 that you live H127 on the earth.
  2 H6 You shall utterly destroy H3605 all H4725 the places, H834 wherein H8033 H1471 the nations H834 which H3423 you shall possess H5647 served H430 their gods, H7311 on the high H2022 mountains, H1389 and on the hills, H8478 and under H3605 every H7488 green H6086 tree:
  3 H5422 And you shall overthrow H4196 their altars, H7665 and break H4676 their pillars, H8313 and burn H842 their groves H784 with fire; H1438 and you shall hew H1438 down H6456 the graven H430 images of their gods, H6 and destroy H8034 the names H4725 of them out of that place.
  4 H6213 You shall not do H3651 so H3068 to the LORD H430 your God.
  5 H4725 But to the place H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H977 shall choose H3605 out of all H7626 your tribes H7760 to put H8034 his name H8033 there, H7933 even to his habitation H1875 shall you seek, H8033 and thither H935 you shall come:
  6 H8033 And thither H935 you shall bring H5930 your burnt H2077 offerings, and your sacrifices, H4643 and your tithes, H8641 and heave H3027 offerings of your hand, H5088 and your vows, H5071 and your freewill H1062 offerings, and the firstborn H1241 of your herds H6629 and of your flocks:
  7 H8033 And there H398 you shall eat H6440 before H3068 the LORD H430 your God, H8055 and you shall rejoice H3605 in all H4916 that you put H3027 your hand H1004 to, you and your households, H834 wherein H3068 the LORD H430 your God H1288 has blessed you.
  8 H6213 You shall not do H3605 after all H6213 the things that we do H6311 here H3117 this day, H376 every man H3605 whatever H3477 is right H5869 in his own eyes.
  9 H5704 For you are not as yet H6258 H935 come H4496 to the rest H5159 and to the inheritance, H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H5414 gives you.
  10 H5674 But when you go H5674 over H3383 Jordan, H3427 and dwell H776 in the land H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H5157 gives you to inherit, H5117 and when he gives you rest H3605 from all H341 your enemies H5439 round H3427 about, so that you dwell H983 in safety;
  11 H4725 Then there shall be a place H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H977 shall choose H8034 to cause his name H7931 to dwell H8033 there; H8033 thither H935 shall you bring H3605 all H6680 that I command H5930 you; your burnt H2077 offerings, and your sacrifices, H4643 your tithes, H8641 and the heave H8641 offering H3027 of your hand, H3605 and all H4005 your choice H5088 vows H834 which H5087 you vow H3068 to the LORD:
  12 H8055 And you shall rejoice H6440 before H3068 the LORD H430 your God, H1121 you, and your sons, H1323 and your daughters, H5650 and your menservants, H519 and your maidservants, H3881 and the Levite H8179 that is within your gates; H3588 for as much H369 as he has no H2506 part H5159 nor inheritance with you.
  13 H8104 Take heed H5927 to yourself that you offer H5930 not your burnt H3605 offerings in every H4725 place H7200 that you see:
  14 H4725 But in the place H834 which H3068 the LORD H977 shall choose H259 in one H7626 of your tribes, H8033 there H5927 you shall offer H5930 your burnt H8033 offerings, and there H6213 you shall do H3605 all H6680 that I command you.
  15 H7535 Notwithstanding H2076 you may kill H398 and eat H1320 flesh H3605 in all H8179 your gates, H3605 whatever H5315 your soul H183 lusts H1293 after, according to the blessing H3068 of the LORD H430 your God H834 which H5414 he has given H2931 you: the unclean H2889 and the clean H398 may eat H6643 thereof, as of the roebuck, H354 and as of the hart.
  16 H7535 Only H398 you shall not eat H1818 the blood; H8210 you shall pour H776 it on the earth H4325 as water.
  17 H3201 You may H398 not eat H8179 within your gates H4643 the tithe H1715 of your corn, H8492 or of your wine, H3323 or of your oil, H1062 or the firstborn H1241 of your herds H6629 or of your flock, H3605 nor any H5088 of your vows H834 which H5087 you vow, H5071 nor your freewill H8641 offerings, or heave H8641 offering H3027 of your hand:
  18 H398 But you must eat H6440 them before H3068 the LORD H430 your God H4725 in the place H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H977 shall choose, H1121 you, and your son, H1323 and your daughter, H5650 and your manservant, H519 and your maidservant, H3881 and the Levite H8179 that is within your gates: H8055 and you shall rejoice H6440 before H3068 the LORD H430 your God H3605 in all H4916 that you put H3027 your hands to.
  19 H8104 Take heed H5800 to yourself that you forsake H3881 not the Levite H3117 as long H3117 as you live H127 on the earth.
  20 H3588 When H3068 the LORD H430 your God H7337 shall enlarge H1366 your border, H1696 as he has promised H559 you, and you shall say, H398 I will eat H1320 flesh, H3588 because H5315 your soul H183 longs H398 to eat H1320 flesh; H398 you may eat H1320 flesh, H3605 whatever H5315 your soul H183 lusts after.
  21 H3588 If H4725 the place H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H977 has chosen H7760 to put H8034 his name H8033 there H7368 be too H7368 far H2076 from you, then you shall kill H1241 of your herd H6629 and of your flock, H834 which H3068 the LORD H5414 has given H6680 you, as I have commanded H398 you, and you shall eat H8179 in your gates H3605 whatever H5315 your soul H183 lusts after.
  22 H389 Even H6643 as the roebuck H354 and the hart H398 is eaten, H3651 so H398 you shall eat H2931 them: the unclean H2889 and the clean H398 shall eat H3162 of them alike.
  23 H7535 Only H2388 be sure H398 that you eat H1818 not the blood: H1818 for the blood H5315 is the life; H398 and you may not eat H5315 the life H1320 with the flesh.
  24 H398 You shall not eat H8210 it; you shall pour H776 it on the earth H4325 as water.
  25 H398 You shall not eat H3190 it; that it may go well H1121 with you, and with your children H310 after H3588 you, when H6213 you shall do H3477 that which is right H5869 in the sight H3068 of the LORD.
  26 H7535 Only H6944 your holy H834 things which H1961 you have, H5088 and your vows, H5375 you shall take, H935 and go H4725 to the place H834 which H3068 the LORD H977 shall choose:
  27 H6213 And you shall offer H5930 your burnt H1320 offerings, the flesh H1818 and the blood, H4196 on the altar H3068 of the LORD H430 your God: H1818 and the blood H2077 of your sacrifices H8210 shall be poured H4196 out on the altar H3068 of the LORD H430 your God, H398 and you shall eat H1320 the flesh.
  28 H8104 Observe H8085 and hear H3605 all H428 these H1697 words H834 which H6680 I command H3190 you, that it may go well H1121 with you, and with your children H310 after H5769 you for ever, H3588 when H6213 you do H2896 that which is good H3477 and right H5869 in the sight H3068 of the LORD H430 your God.
  29 H3588 When H3068 the LORD H430 your God H3772 shall cut H1471 off the nations H6440 from before H834 you, where H8033 H935 you go H3423 to possess H3423 them, and you succeed H3427 them, and dwell H776 in their land;
  30 H8104 Take heed H5367 to yourself that you be not snared H310 by following H310 them, after H8045 that they be destroyed H6440 from before H1875 you; and that you inquire H430 not after their gods, H559 saying, H349 How H428 did these H1471 nations H5647 serve H430 their gods? H1571 even H3651 so H6213 will I do H3651 likewise.
  31 H6213 You shall not do H3651 so H3068 to the LORD H430 your God: H3605 for every H8441 abomination H3068 to the LORD, H834 which H8130 he hates, H6213 have they done H430 to their gods; H1571 for even H1121 their sons H1323 and their daughters H8313 they have burnt H784 in the fire H430 to their gods.
  32 H853 What H1697 thing H834 soever H6680 I command H8104 you, observe H6213 to do H3254 it: you shall not add H5921 thereto, H3808 nor H1639 diminish from it.
