Leviticus 24:10-16 And the son of an Israelitish woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelitish woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;

13 H3068 And the LORD H1696 spoke H4872 to Moses, H559 saying,

16 H5344 And he that blasphemes H8034 the name H3068 of the LORD, H4191 he shall surely be put to death, H3605 and all H5712 the congregation H7275 shall certainly stone H1616 him: as well the stranger, H249 as he that is born H249 in the land, H5344 when he blasphemes H8034 the name H3068 of the Lord, H4191 shall be put to death.
