Deuteronomy 12

  1 H2706 These are the statutes H4941 and the ordinances H8104 which ye shall observe H6213 to do H776 in the land H3068 which Jehovah, H430 the God H1 of thy fathers, H5414 hath given H3423 thee to possess H3117 it, all the days H2416 that ye live H127 upon the earth.
  2 H6 Ye shall surely H6 destroy H4725 all the places H1471 wherein the nations H834 that H3423 ye shall dispossess H5647 served H430 their gods, H7311 upon the high H2022 mountains, H1389 and upon the hills, H7488 and under every green H6086 tree:
  3 H7665 and ye shall break H4196 down their altars, H7665 and dash H4676 in pieces their pillars, H8313 and burn H842 their Asherim H784 with fire; H1438 and ye shall hew down H6456 the graven images H430 of their gods; H6 and ye shall destroy H8034 their name H4725 out of that place.
  4 H6213 Ye shall not do so H3068 unto Jehovah H430 your God.
  5 H4725 But unto the place H3068 which Jehovah H430 your God H977 shall choose H7626 out of all your tribes, H7760 to put H8034 his name H7933 there, even unto his habitation H1875 shall ye seek, H935 and thither thou shalt come;
  6 H935 and thither ye shall bring H5930 your burnt-offerings, H2077 and your sacrifices, H4643 and your tithes, H8641 and the heave-offering H3027 of your hand, H5088 and your vows, H5071 and your freewill-offerings, H1062 and the firstlings H1241 of your herd H6629 and of your flock:
  7 H398 and there ye shall eat H6440 before H3068 Jehovah H430 your God, H8055 and ye shall rejoice H4916 in all that ye put H3027 your hand H1004 unto, ye and your households, H3068 wherein Jehovah H430 thy God H1288 hath blessed thee.
  8 H6213 Ye shall not do H6213 after all the things that we do H3117 here this day, H376 every man H3477 whatsoever is right H5869 in his own eyes;
  9 H935 for ye are not as yet come H4496 to the rest H5159 and to the inheritance, H3068 which Jehovah H430 thy God H5414 giveth thee.
  10 H5674 But when ye go over H3383 the Jordan, H3427 and dwell H776 in the land H3068 which Jehovah H430 your God H5157 causeth you to inherit, H5117 and he giveth you rest H341 from all your enemies H5439 round about, H3427 so that ye dwell H983 in safety;
  11 H4725 then it shall come to pass that to the place H3068 which Jehovah H430 your God H977 shall choose, H8034 to cause his name H7931 to dwell H935 there, thither shall ye bring H6680 all that I command H5930 you: your burnt-offerings, H2077 and your sacrifices, H4643 your tithes, H8641 and the heave-offering H3027 of your hand, H4005 and all your choice H5088 vows H5087 which ye vow H3068 unto Jehovah.
  12 H8055 And ye shall rejoice H6440 before H3068 Jehovah H430 your God, H1121 ye, and your sons, H1323 and your daughters, H5650 and your men-servants, H519 and your maid-servants, H3881 and the Levite H8179 that is within your gates, H3588 forasmuch H2506 as he hath no portion H5159 nor inheritance with you.
  13 H8104 Take heed H5927 to thyself that thou offer H5930 not thy burnt-offerings H4725 in every place H7200 that thou seest;
  14 H4725 but in the place H3068 which Jehovah H977 shall choose H259 in one H7626 of thy tribes, H5927 there thou shalt offer H5930 thy burnt-offerings, H6213 and there thou shalt do H6680 all that I command thee.
  15 H2076 Notwithstanding, thou mayest kill H398 and eat H1320 flesh H8179 within all thy gates, H185 after H185 all the desire H5315 of thy soul, H1293 according to the blessing H3068 of Jehovah H430 thy God H5414 which he hath given H2931 thee: the unclean H2889 and the clean H398 may eat H354 thereof, as of the gazelle, and as of the hart.
  16 H398 Only ye shall not eat H1818 the blood; H8210 thou shalt pour H776 it out upon the earth H4325 as water.
  17 H3201 Thou mayest H398 not eat H8179 within thy gates H4643 the tithe H1715 of thy grain, H8492 or of thy new wine, H3323 or of thine oil, H1062 or the firstlings H1241 of thy herd H6629 or of thy flock, H5088 nor any of thy vows H5087 which thou vowest, H5071 nor thy freewill-offerings, H8641 nor the heave-offering H3027 of thy hand;
  18 H398 but thou shalt eat H6440 them before H3068 Jehovah H430 thy God H4725 in the place H3068 which Jehovah H430 thy God H977 shall choose, H1121 thou, and thy son, H1323 and thy daughter, H5650 and thy man-servant, H519 and thy maid-servant, H3881 and the Levite H8179 that is within thy gates: H8055 and thou shalt rejoice H6440 before H3068 Jehovah H430 thy God H4916 in all that thou puttest H3027 thy hand unto.
  19 H8104 Take heed H5800 to thyself that thou forsake H3881 not the Levite H3117 as long as thou livest H127 in thy land.
  20 H3068 When Jehovah H430 thy God H7337 shall enlarge H1366 thy border, H1696 as he hath promised H559 thee, and thou shalt say, H398 I will eat H1320 flesh, H5315 because thy soul H398 desireth to eat H1320 flesh; H398 thou mayest eat H1320 flesh, H185 after H185 all the desire H5315 of thy soul.
  21 H4725 If the place H3068 which Jehovah H430 thy God H977 shall choose, H7760 to put H8034 his name H7368 there, be too far H2076 from thee, then thou shalt kill H1241 of thy herd H6629 and of thy flock, H3068 which Jehovah H5414 hath given H6680 thee, as I have commanded H398 thee; and thou mayest eat H8179 within thy gates, H185 after H5315 all the desire of thy soul.
  22 H6643 Even as the gazelle H354 and as the hart H398 is eaten, H398 so thou shalt eat H2931 thereof: the unclean H2889 and the clean H398 may eat H3162 thereof alike.
  23 H2388 Only be sure H398 that thou eat H1818 not the blood: H1818 for the blood H5315 is the life; H398 and thou shalt not eat H5315 the life H1320 with the flesh.
  24 H398 Thou shalt not eat H8210 it; thou shalt pour H776 it out upon the earth H4325 as water.
  25 H398 Thou shalt not eat H3190 it; that it may go well H1121 with thee, and with thy children H310 after H6213 thee, when thou shalt do H3477 that which is right H5869 in the eyes H3068 of Jehovah.
  26 H6944 Only thy holy things H5088 which thou hast, and thy vows, H5375 thou shalt take, H935 and go H4725 unto the place H3068 which Jehovah H977 shall choose:
  27 H6213 and thou shalt offer H5930 thy burnt-offerings, H1320 the flesh H1818 and the blood, H4196 upon the altar H3068 of Jehovah H430 thy God; H1818 and the blood H2077 of thy sacrifices H8210 shall be poured out H4196 upon the altar H3068 of Jehovah H430 thy God; H398 and thou shalt eat H1320 the flesh.
  28 H8104 Observe H8085 and hear H1697 all these words H6680 which I command H3190 thee, that it may go well H1121 with thee, and with thy children H310 after H5704 thee for H5769 ever, H6213 when thou doest H2896 that which is good H3477 and right H5869 in the eyes H3068 of Jehovah H430 thy God.
  29 H3068 When Jehovah H430 thy God H3772 shall cut off H1471 the nations H6440 from before H935 thee, whither thou goest H3423 in to dispossess H3423 them, and thou dispossessest H3427 them, and dwellest H776 in their land;
  30 H8104 take heed H5367 to thyself that thou be not ensnared H310 to follow H310 them, after H8045 that they are destroyed H6440 from before H1875 thee; and that thou inquire H430 not after their gods, H559 saying, H1471 How do these nations H5647 serve H430 their gods? H6213 even so will I do H1571 likewise.
  31 H6213 Thou shalt not do H3068 so unto Jehovah H430 thy God: H8441 for every abomination H3068 to Jehovah, H8130 which he hateth, H6213 have they done H430 unto their gods; H1121 for even their sons H1323 and their daughters H8313 do they burn H784 in the fire H430 to their gods.
  32 H1697 What thing H6680 soever I command H8104 you, that shall ye observe H6213 to do: H3254 thou shalt not add H1639 thereto, nor diminish from it.
