עַרְבִי adjective, of a people Arabian (in strictly ethnographic sense, Nö^l.c.); — ׳הָע as substantive Neh 2:19 Geshem the Arabian, so Neh 6:1 plural הָעַרְבִים Neh 4:1; 2Chr 21:16; 2Chr 22:1 also (written as Late Hebrew) הערביים 2Chr 26:7 (Qr הָעַרְבִים), and even הָעַרְבִיאִים 2Chr 17:11.
