Numbers 18 And the Lord said unto Aaron, You and your sons and your father's house with you shall carry the iniquity of the sanctuary: and you and your sons with you shall carry the iniquity of your priesthood.

2 H251 And your brothers H4294 also of the tribe H3878 of Levi, H7626 the tribe H1 of your father, H7126 bring H3867 you with you, that they may be joined H8334 unto you, and minister H1121 unto you: but you and your sons H6440 with you shall minister before H168 the tabernacle H5715 of witness.

3 H8104 And they shall keep H4931 your charge, H4931 and the charge H168 of all the tabernacle: H7126 only they shall not come near H3627 the vessels H6944 of the sanctuary H4196 and the altar, H4191 that neither they, nor you also, die.

4 H3867 And they shall be joined H8104 unto you, and keep H4931 the charge H168 of the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation, H5656 for all the service H168 of the tabernacle: H2114 and a stranger H7126 shall not come near unto you.

5 H8104 And you shall keep H4931 the charge H6944 of the sanctuary, H4931 and the charge H4196 of the altar: H7110 that there be no wrath H1121 any more upon the sons H3478 of Israel.

6 H3947 And I, behold, I have taken H251 your brothers H3881 the Levites H8432 from among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel: H5414 to you they are given H4979 as a gift H3068 for the Lord, H5647 to do H5656 the service H168 of the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation.

7 H1121 Therefore you and your sons H8104 with you shall keep H3550 your priest's office H1697 for every thing H4196 of the altar, H1004 and inside H6532 the veil; H5647 and you shall serve: H5414 I have given H3550 your priest's office H5656 unto you as a service H4979 of gift: H2114 and the stranger H7131 that comes near H4191 shall be put to death.

8 H3068 And the Lord H1696 spoke H175 unto Aaron, H5414 Behold, I also have given H4931 you the charge H8641 of my heave offerings H6944 of all the hallowed things H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel; H5414 unto you have I given H4888 them by reason of the anointing, H1121 and to your sons, H2706 by an ordinance H5769 for ever.

9 H6944 This shall be your of the most H6944 holy things, H784 reserved from the fire: H7133 every oblation H4503 of theirs, every food offering H2403 of theirs, and every sin offering H817 of theirs, and every trespass offering H7725 of theirs, which they shall render H6944 unto me, shall be most H6944 holy H1121 for you and for your sons.

10 H6944 In the most H6944 holy H398 place shall you eat H2145 it; every male H398 shall eat H6944 it: it shall be holy unto you.

11 H8641 And this is your; the heave offering H4976 of their gift, H8573 with all the wave offerings H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel: H5414 I have given H1121 them unto you, and to your sons H1323 and to your daughters H2706 with you, by a statute H5769 for ever: H2889 every one that is clean H1004 in your house H398 shall eat of it.

12 H2459 All the best H3323 of the oil, H2459 and all the best H8492 of the wine, H1715 and of the wheat, H7225 the firstfruits H5414 of them which they shall offer H3068 unto the Lord, H5414 them have I given you.

13 H1061 And whatever is first ripe H776 in the land, H935 which they shall bring H3068 unto the Lord, H2889 shall be your; every one that is clean H1004 in your house H398 shall eat of it.

14 H2764 Every thing devoted H3478 in Israel shall be your.

15 H6363 Every thing that opens H7358 the womb H1320 in all flesh, H7126 which they bring H3068 unto the Lord, H120 whether it be of men H929 or animals, H1060 shall be your: nevertheless the firstborn H120 of man H6299 shall you surely H6299 redeem, H1060 and the firstborn H2931 of unclean H929 animals H6299 shall you redeem.

16 H6299 And those that are to be redeemed H2320 from a month H1121 old H6299 shall you redeem, H6187 according to your estimation, H3701 for the money H2568 of five H8255 shekels, H8255 after the shekel H6944 of the sanctuary, H6242 which is twenty H1626 gerahs.

17 H1060 But the firstborn H7794 of a cow, H1060 or the firstborn H3775 of a sheep, H1060 or the firstborn H5795 of a goat, H6299 you shall not redeem; H6944 they are holy: H2236 you shall sprinkle H1818 their blood H4196 upon the altar, H6999 and shall burn H2459 their fat H801 for an offering made by fire, H5207 for a sweet H7381 smell H3068 unto the Lord.

18 H1320 And the flesh H8573 of them shall be your, as the wave H2373 breast H3225 and as the right H7785 shoulder are your.

19 H8641 All the heave offerings H6944 of the holy things, H1121 which the sons H3478 of Israel H7311 offer H3068 unto the Lord, H5414 have I given H1121 you, and your sons H1323 and your daughters H2706 with you, by a statute H5769 for ever: H1285 it is a covenant H4417 of salt H5769 for ever H6440 before H3068 the Lord H2233 unto you and to your seed with you.

20 H3068 And the Lord H559 spoke H175 unto Aaron, H5157 You shall have no inheritance H776 in their land, H2506 neither shall you have any part H8432 among H2506 them: I am your part H5159 and your inheritance H8432 among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel.

21 H5414 And, behold, I have given H1121 the sons H3878 of Levi H4643 all the tenth H3478 in Israel H5159 for an inheritance, H2500 for H5656 their service H5647 which they serve, H5656 even the service H168 of the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation.

22 H1121 Neither must the sons H3478 of Israel H5750 henceforth H7126 come near H168 the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation, H5375 lest they carry H2399 sin, H4191 and die.

23 H3881 But the Levites H5647 shall do H5656 the service H168 of the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation, H5375 and they shall carry H5771 their iniquity: H2708 it shall be a statute H5769 for ever H1755 throughout your generations, H8432 that among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel H5157 they have H5159 no inheritance.

24 H4643 But the tithes H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel, H7311 which they offer H8641 as an heave offering H3068 unto the Lord, H5414 I have given H3881 to the Levites H5159 to inherit: H559 therefore I have said H8432 unto them, Among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel H5157 they shall have H5159 no inheritance.

25 H3068 And the Lord H1696 spoke H4872 unto Moses, H559 saying,

26 H1696 Thus speak H3881 unto the Levites, H559 and say H3947 unto them, When you take H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel H4643 the tithes H5414 which I have given H5159 you from them for your inheritance, H7311 then you shall offer H8641 up an heave offering H3068 of it for the Lord, H4643 even a tenth H4643 part of the tithe.

27 H8641 And this your heave offering H2803 shall be reckoned H1715 unto you, as though it were the corn H1637 of the threshingfloor, H4395 and as the fullness H3342 of the winepress.

28 H7311 Thus you also shall offer H8641 an heave offering H3068 unto the Lord H4643 of all your tithes, H3947 which you receive H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel; H5414 and you shall give H3068 there the Lord's H8641 heave offering H175 to Aaron H3548 the priest.

29 H4979 Out of all your gifts H7311 you shall offer H8641 every heave offering H3068 of the Lord, H2459 of all the best H4720 there, even the hallowed part there out of it.

30 H559 Therefore you shall say H7311 unto them, When you have heaved H2459 the best H2803 there from it, then it shall be counted H3881 unto the Levites H8393 as the increase H1637 of the threshingfloor, H8393 and as the increase H3342 of the winepress.

31 H398 And you shall eat H4725 it in every place, H1004 you and your households: H7939 for it is your reward H2500 for H5656 your service H168 in the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation.

32 H5375 And you shall carry H2399 no sin H7311 by reason of it, when you have heaved H2459 from it the best H2490 of it: neither shall you pollute H6944 the holy things H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel, H4191 lest you die.
