CLV(i) 1 Happy is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Who neither stands in the way of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of mockers. 2 But rather his delight is in the law of Yahweh, And he is soliloquizing from His law by day and night. 3 So he comes to be like a tree transplanted by rillets of water, That yields its fruit in its season, And its leaf does not decay; Hence all that he does shall prosper. 4 Not so the wicked, But rather they are like the trash that the wind whisks away. 5 Therefore, the wicked shall not rise up in judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. 6 For Yahweh is knowing the way of the righteous, Yet the way of the wicked, it shall perish.
