Ezekiel 47

ECB(i) 1
WATERS ISSUE FROM THE HOUSE
And he returns me to the opening of the house; and behold, waters issue forth from under the threshold of the house eastward; for the face of the house is eastward: and the waters descend from under from the right shoulder of the house at the south of the sacrifice altar: 2 and he brings me from the way of the portal northward, and turns me around to the way outward to the outward portal by the way that faces eastward; and behold, waters pour on the right shoulder. 3
THE WATERS MEASURED
And the man with the line in his hand goes eastward and he measures a thousand cubits; and he passes me through water - water to the ankles: 4 and he measures a thousand; and passes me through water - water to the knees: and he measures a thousand; and passes me through - waters to the loins: 5 and he measures a thousand; - a wadi I cannot pass over: for the waters rise - waters to swim in, a wadi not to pass over. 6 And he says to me, See you, son of humanity? And he carries me, and returns me to the lip of the wadi: 7 and I return, and behold, at the lip of the wadi, mighty many trees from here, and from there. 8 And he says to me, These waters issue forth toward the east region and descend into the plain and enter the sea - brought forth into the sea; and the waters heal. 9 And so be it, every living soul that teems, wherever the wadies enter, lives: and there becomes a mighty great multitude of fish, because these waters enter: and they heal; and wherever the wadi enters, they all live. 10 And so be it, the fishers stand thereon from En Gedi even to En Eglayim; they become to spread nets; their fish become in species, as the fish of the great sea - mighty many. 11 And the mires and the dugouts heal not; they are given to salt. 12 And by the wadi on the lip, from here and from there, all the trees ascend for food - whose leaf neither withers, nor is the fruit consumed: it brings forth new fruit according to his months because their waters issue from the holies: and the fruit is for food and the leaf for healing. 13
THE BORDERS OF THE LAND
Thus says Adonay Yah Veh; This is the border whereby you inherit the land according to the twelve scions of Yisra El - the boundaries of Yoseph: 14 and you inherit, man as brother: I lifted my hand to give to your fathers: and this land falls to you for inheritance. 15 And this, the border of the land the north edge: from the great sea, the way of Hethlon as men go to Sedad; 16 Hamath, Berothah, Sibrayim, between the border of Dammeseq and between the border of Hamath; - Hasar Hat Tichon, by the border of Hauran: 17 and the border from the sea: Hasar Enon, the border of Dammeseq, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath: and this is the north edge. 18 And the east edge: measure between Hauran and between Dammeseq and between Gilad and between the land of Yisra El by Yarden from the border to the east sea: and this is the east edge. 19 And the south edge southward: from Tamar even to Mayim Meribah in Qadesh, the wadi to the great sea: and this is the south edge southward. 20 And the seaward edge: the great sea from the border until a man comes over against Hamath: and this is the seaward edge. 21 Allot this land to yourselves according to the scions of Yisra El. 22 And so be it, fell it for an inheritance to yourselves and to the sojourners who sojourn among you who birth sons among you: and they are to you as natives among the sons of Yisra El: have them fell an inheritance with you among the scions of Yisra El. 23 And so be it, that in whatever scion the sojourner sojourns, there you give him his inheritance - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh.
