Isaiah 53:4-8

ECB(i) 4 Surely he bore our sicknesses and bore our sorrows: yet we machinated him plagued - smitten of Elohim and abased. 5 And he is pierced for our rebellions; crushed for our perversities: the chastisement of our shalom is on him; and with his lashes we are healed. 6 We all strayed as a flock; - every man faced to his own way; and on him, Yah Veh met all our perversity. 7 Of him they exact, and him they abase; yet he opens not his mouth: brought as a lamb to the slaughter and as an ewe at the face of her shearers: he is mute, and opens not his mouth: 8 taken by restraint and by judgment: and who meditates his generation? For he is cut off from the land of the living: - plagued for the rebellion of my people.
