2 As smoke disperses, driven away; as wax melts at the face of the fire; the wicked destruct at the face of Elohim:
3 the just cheer; they jump for joy at the face of Elohim; they cheerfully rejoice.
4 Sing to Elohim! Psalm to his name! Extol him who rides on the plains, by his name Yah; and jump for joy at his face.
5 Father of the orphan; pleader for the widows: Elohim in his holy habitation.
6 Elohim sets the lonely in households; he brings the bound into prosperity: but they who revolt dwell in a parch.
7 O Elohim; as you come at the face of your people, as you pace them through the desolation; Selah.
8 The earth quakes; yes, the heavens drop at the face of Elohim; thus also Sinay at the face of Elohim, O Elohim of Ysra El.
9 You, O Elohim, shake an abundant downpour, whereby you established your inheritance when it wearies.
