Deuteronomy 16:19-20 לא Thou shalt not תטה wrest משׁפט judgment; לא thou shalt not תכיר respect פנים persons, ולא neither תקח take שׁחד a gift: כי for השׁחד a gift יעור doth blind עיני the eyes חכמים of the wise, ויסלף and pervert דברי the words צדיקם׃ of the righteous.
