Joshua 22:27-28 כי But עד a witness הוא it בינינו between וביניכם ובין דרותינו us, and you, and our generations אחרינו after לעבד us, that we might do את עבדת the service יהוה of the LORD לפניו before בעלותינו him with our burnt offerings, ובזבחינו and with our sacrifices, ובשׁלמינו and with our peace offerings; ולא may not יאמרו say בניכם that your children מחר in time to come, לבנינו to our children אין Ye have no לכם חלק part ביהוה׃ in the LORD.

27 H3588 כי But H5707 עד a witness H1931 הוא it H996 בינינו between H996 וביניכם H996 ובין H1755 דרותינו us, and you, and our generations H310 אחרינו after H5647 לעבד us, that we might do H853 את H5656 עבדת the service H3068 יהוה of the LORD H6440 לפניו before H5930 בעלותינו him with our burnt offerings, H2077 ובזבחינו and with our sacrifices, H8002 ובשׁלמינו and with our peace offerings; H3808 ולא may not H559 יאמרו say H1121 בניכם that your children H4279 מחר in time to come, H1121 לבנינו to our children H369 אין Ye have no H2506 לכם חלק part H3068 ביהוה׃ in the LORD.

28 H559 ונאמר Therefore said H1961 והיה we, that it shall be, H3588 כי when H559 יאמרו they should say H413 אלינו to H413 ואל us or to H1755 דרתינו our generations H4279 מחר in time to come, H559 ואמרנו that we may say H7200 ראו Behold H853 את H8403 תבנית the pattern H4196 מזבח of the altar H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H834 אשׁר which H6213 עשׂו made, H1 אבותינו our fathers H3808 לא not H5930 לעולה for burnt offerings, H3808 ולא nor H2077 לזבח for sacrifices; H3588 כי but H5707 עד a witness H1931 הוא it H996 בינינו between H996 וביניכם׃
