1 Jehovah, how my adversaries are increased! Many are those who rise up against me.
2 Many there are who say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
3 But you, O Jehovah, are a shield on my behalf, my glory and he who lifts up of my head. 4 I cry to Jehovah with my voice and he answers me out of his holy hill. Selah. 5 I laid down and slept. I awoke, because Jehovah sustains me. 6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of the people who have set themselves against me all around.
7 Arise, O Jehovah. Save me, O my God. Because you have struck all my enemies upon the cheek bone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.
8 Salvation belongs to Jehovah. Your blessing be upon your people. Selah.
