8 And how heare we euery man his own tounge wherin we were borne?
9 Parthians, Medes, and Elamites, and the inhabiters of Mesopotamia, of Iewry, and of Cappadocia, and of Ponthus and Asia,
10 Phrysia, Pamphilia, and of Egypte, and of the parties of Libia, which is besyde Syren, and straungers of Rome, Iewes, and conuertes,
11 Grekes, and Arabians: we haue heard them speake: wyth our owne tounges the great workes of God.
12 They were all amased, and woundered saiynge one to another: what meaneth thys?
13 Other mocked them sayinge: they are full of newe wyne.
