Leviticus 16:5-10 And he shall take of the multitude of the chyldren of Israell two he gootes for a synneofferyng & a ram for a burntofferyng.

Matthew⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁵ And he shall take of the multitude of the chyldren of Israell two he gootes for a synneofferyng & a ram for a burntofferyng. ⁶ And Aaron shall offer the bullock for hys synneoffryng & make an attonement for hym and for hys house. ⁷ And he shall take the two gootes & present them before the Lord in the dore of the tabernacle of witnesse. ⁸ And Aaron shall cast lottes ouer the twoo gootes: one lotte for the Lorde, and another for a scapegoote. ⁹ And Aaron shal brynge the goote vpon which the Lordes lotte fel, & offer hym for a synneofferyng. ¹⁰ But the goote on whych the lotte fell to scape, he shal set alyue before the Lorde to reconcyle wyth and to let hym goo fre in to the wyldernesse.
