Psalms 43

Matthew(i) 1 Geue sentence vpon me (O God) and defende my cause agaynst the vnholy people: Oh delyuer me from the dysceatefull, and wycked man. 2 For thou (O God) art my strength: why hast thou shut me from the? Why go I then so heuely, whyle the enemye oppresseth me? 3 Oh sende out thy light any thy truth, that they maye leade me and brynge me vnto thy holy hyll, and to thy dwellyng. 4 That I maye go into the aulter of God, euen vnto the God whyche is my ioye & pleasure, and vpon the harpe to geue thankes vnto the, O God, my God. 5 Why art thou so heuy (O my soule) and why art thou so disquyeted wythin me? O put thy trust in God, for I wyll yet geue hym thanckes for the helpe of hys countenaunce, and because he is my God.
