Psalms 110

Thomson(i) 1 A Psalm. By David. The Lord said to my Lord; sit at my right hand; till I make thine enemies thy footstool. 2 Out of Sion the Lord will send thee a rod of power: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. 3 With thee shall be the government; in the day of thy power; in the splendours of thy holies from the womb: before the morning star I begot thee. 4 The Lord hath sworn and will not change; thou art a priest forever, after the order of Melchisedek. 5 The Lord at thy right hand hath crushed kings in the day of his wrath. 6 He will judge among the nations: he will multiply slaughters: he will crush the heads of many on the earth. 7 He will drink of the brook in the way: therefore he will lift up the head.
