Daniel 12

VIN(i) 1 "At that time Michael will stand up. He is the great prince who stands for the children of your people. There will be a time of trouble that has not happened since the beginning of nations. Then your people will be delivered, every one whos name is found written in the book. 2 Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever. 4 But you, Daniel, close up these words, and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall roam here and there, and knowledge shall increase." 5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood two others, the one on this bank of the river, and the other on that bank of the river. 6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, "How long shall it be till these wonders take place?" 7 I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it will be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have finished breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things will be finished. 8 I heard, but I didn’t understand. Then I said, “My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?” 9 And he said, Go your way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, cleansed and refined; but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand. 11 From the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred ninety days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits and reaches the 1,335 days. 13 Now as for you, go on your way until the end you'll rest and then rise to receive your reward at the end of the age.'"
