Worsley⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ The day of unleavened bread being come, on which the paschal-lamb was to be slain, ⁸ Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare the passover for us, that we may eat of it. ⁹ And they said unto Him, Where wouldst thou have us prepare it? ¹⁰ And He said unto them, Behold, when ye are come into the city, there shall meet you a man, carrying a pitcher of water, follow him into the house where he entreth: ¹¹ and say to the master of the house, Our Master inquireth by us, Where is the room, in which I may eat the passover with my disciples? ¹² And he will shew you a large upper room set out; there make it ready. ¹³ And they went and found as He had told them; and prepared the passover.
