And when they had shaved him and changed his raiment, he came to Pharao. 15 And Pharao said to Joseph, I have had a dream and there is none who can interpret it. But I have heard people say of thee, that upon hearing dreams thou canst interpret them. 16 In reply to which, Joseph said to Pharao, Without God no answer of peace can be given to Pharao.

EJ2000(i) 11 And we both dreamed a dream in one night; we dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream. 12 And there was there with us a young man, a Hebrew, slave to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted our dreams to us; he interpreted to each man according to his dream. 13 And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto my office, and him he hanged. 14 Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon; and they cut his hair and changed his clothes, and he came in unto Pharaoh. 15 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is no one that can interpret it; but I have heard say of thee that thou canst hear dreams to interpret them. 16 And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me; God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.
CAB(i) 11 And we both had a dream in one night, both he and I; we saw, each according to his dream. 12 And there was there with us a young man, a Hebrew servant of the captain of the guard; and we related to him our dreams, and he interpreted them to us. 13 And it came to pass, as he interpreted them to us, so also it happened, both that I was restored to my office, and that he was hanged. 14 And Pharaoh, having sent, called Joseph; and they brought him out from the prison, and shaved him, and changed his clothes, and he came to Pharaoh. 15 And Pharaoh said to Joseph, I have seen a vision, and there is no one to interpret it; but I have heard it said concerning you that you can hear dreams and interpret them. 16 And Joseph answered Pharaoh and said, Without God an answer of safety shall not be given to Pharaoh.
LXX2012(i) 11 And we had a dream both in one night, I and he; we saw, each according to his dream. 12 And there was there with us a young man, a Hebrew servant of the captain of the guard; and we related to him [our dreams], and he interpreted [them] to us. 13 And it came to pass, as he interpreted them to us, so also it happened, both that I was restored to my office, and that he was hanged. 14 And Pharao having sent, called Joseph; and they brought him out from the prison, and shaved him, and changed his dress, and he came to Pharao. 15 And Pharao said to Joseph, I have seen a vision, and there is no one to interpret it; but I have heard say concerning you that you did hear dreams and interpret them. 16 And Joseph answered Pharao and said, Without God an answer of safety shall not be given to Pharao.
NSB(i) 11 »One night we both had dreams. Each dream had a different meaning. 12 »A young Hebrew, who was a servant of the captain of the guard, was there with us at the time. When we told him our dreams, he explained what each of them meant. 13 »Everything happened just as he said it would. I got my job back, and the cook was put to death.« 14 So the king sent for Joseph. He was quickly brought out of jail. He shaved, changed his clothes, and went to the king. 15 The king said: »I had a dream. No one can explain what it means. I am told that you can interpret dreams.« 16 Joseph then answered Pharaoh: »I cannot do it myself, but God can give the meaning of your dreams.«
ISV(i) 11 We each had a dream on the same night, and each dream had its own meaning. 12 There was a Hebrew young man incarcerated with us, who was also working as a servant to the captain of the bodyguard.
“We each related our dreams, and then he interpreted them for us. He provided specific meanings for each of our dreams. 13 And what he interpreted for each of us came true! Pharaoh restored me to my responsibilities, but he executed the other man.”
14 Pharaoh Tells Joseph His DreamPharoah sent word to summon Joseph quickly from the dungeon, so they shaved his beard, changed his clothes, and then sent him straight to Pharaoh. 15 “I’ve had a dream,” Pharaoh told Joseph, “but nobody can interpret it. I’ve heard that you can interpret dreams.”
16 “I can’t do that,” Joseph replied, “but God is concerned about Pharaoh’s well-being.”

And he shaved and changed his clothing, and came to Pharaoh. 15 Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I dreamed a dream, but there is none to interpret it. Now, I have heard concerning you that when you hear a dream you can interpret it." 16 Then Joseph answered Pharaoh saying, "It is not in my power;* God will answer concerning the well-being of Pharaoh."
BSB(i) 11 One night both the chief baker and I had dreams, and each dream had its own meaning. 12 Now a young Hebrew was there with us, a servant of the captain of the guard. We told him our dreams and he interpreted them for us individually. 13 And it happened to us just as he had interpreted: I was restored to my position, and the other man was hanged.” 14 So Pharaoh sent for Joseph, who was quickly brought out of the dungeon. After he had shaved and changed his clothes, he went in before Pharaoh. 15 Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I had a dream, and no one can interpret it. But I have heard it said of you that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.” 16 “I myself cannot do it,” Joseph replied, “but God will give Pharaoh a sound answer.”
