²⁷ In that day thy mouth shall be opened to him who is escaped, and thou shall speak, and no more be mute. So thou shall be a sign to them, and they shall know that I am LORD.

¹¹ Go in, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the sons of Israel go out of his land. ¹² And Moses spoke before LORD, saying, Behold, the sons of Israel have not hearkened to me, how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips?

¹⁵ O Lord, open thou my lips, and my mouth shall show forth thy praise.

²⁶ And I will make thy tongue cling to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shall be mute, and shall not be a reprover to them, for they are a rebellious house. ²⁷ But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shall say to them, Thus says the lord LORD. He who hears, let him hear, and he who forbears, let him forbear, for they are a rebellious house.

²¹ In that day I will cause a horn to bud forth to the house of Israel, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them. And they shall know that I am LORD.

²² Now the hand of LORD had been upon me in the evening, before he who escaped came. And he had opened my mouth until he came to me in the morning. And my mouth was opened, and I was no more mute.

¹⁵ For I will give you a mouth and wisdom that all those who oppose you will not be able to contradict or to resist.
