John 13:23-26

23 And one of his disciples whom Jesus loved was sitting at Jesus' bosom. 24 Simon Peter therefore gestured to this man to inquire whoever he may be about whom he speaks. 25 And that man, having leaned thus toward Jesus' breast, says to him, Lord, who is he? 26 Jesus replies, He is that man to whom I, having dipped the morsel, will give. And when he dipped the morsel, he gives it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.

John 20:2

2 Therefore she runs and comes to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and says to them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulcher, and we know not where they have laid him.

John 21:7

7 That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved says to Peter, It is the Lord. So when Simon Peter heard that it is the Lord, he tied the coat around himself (for he was undressed), and threw himself into the sea.

John 21:24

24 This is the disciple who testifies about these things, and who wrote these things. And we know that his testimony is true.
