⁵ For all the peoples walk each one in the name of his god. And we will walk in the name of LORD our God forever and ever.

¹ And when Abram was ninety-nine years old, LORD appeared to Abram, and said to him, I am God Almighty, walk before me, and be thou perfect.

¹⁴ And God said to Moses, I AM WHO I AM. And he said, Thus shall thou say to the sons of Israel, I AM has sent me to you. ¹⁵ And God said moreover to Moses, Thus shall thou say to the sons of Israel, LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is my name forever, and this is my memorial to all generations.

¹⁵ And if it seems evil to you to serve LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve LORD.

²⁹ However every nation made gods of their own, and put them in the houses of the high places which the Samaritans had made, every nation in their cities wherein they dwelt.

³⁴ To this day they do after the former manner. They do not fear LORD, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law or after the commandment which LORD commanded the sons of Jacob, whom he named Israel,

¹⁴ For this God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide even to death.

¹⁶ I will come with the mighty acts of the lord LORD. I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.

¹ I will extol thee, my God, O King, and I will bless thy name forever and ever. ² Every day I will bless thee, and I will praise thy name forever and ever.

⁵ O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of LORD.

⁸ Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, we have waited for thee, to thy name. Even to thy memorial, is the desire of our soul.

¹⁰ For pass over to the isles of Kittim, and see, and send to Kedar, and consider diligently, and see if there has been such a thing. ¹¹ Has a nation changed its gods, which yet are no gods? But my people have changed their glory for that which does not profit.

¹² And I will strengthen them in LORD, and they shall walk up and down in his name, says LORD.

⁶ As therefore ye received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in him,

¹⁷ And all things, anything whatever ye may do in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, expressing thanks to the God and Father through him.
