¹² Let her not, I pray, be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb.

⁸ as a snail which melts and passes away, as the untimely birth of a woman, that has not seen the sun.

⁴ I am reckoned with those who go down into the pit. I am as a man who has no help, ⁵ cast off among the dead, like the slain who lie in the grave, whom thou remember no more, and they are cut off from thy hand.

⁸ and last of all, as to the untimely birth, he also appeared to me.

⁶ But she who is self-indulgent is dead while she lives.
