²³ And he brought us out from there, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he swore to our fathers.

⁵ And it shall be when the LORD shall bring you into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall keep this service in this month.

⁸ Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give to them and to their seed after them.

³⁵ Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I swore to give to your fathers.
