²⁰ and that I have kept back nothing that was profitable, but have preached to you, and taught you both publicly, and from house to house,

³⁴ But without a parable he did not speak to them; but when alone, he explained all things to his disciples.

⁴⁶ And with one consent, they continued daily in the temple; and, breaking bread from house to house, they partook of their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,

² and kept back part of the price, and his wife was conscious of it; and he brought a certain part of it, and laid it at the feet of the apostles.

⁴² And daily in the temple, and from house to house, they ceased not to teach and to preach Jesus the Christ.

²⁷ For I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God.

³¹ Therefore watch, remembering that for three years, by day and by night, I ceased not to warn every one of you with tears.

⁷ But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one, for the good of all.

⁶ Now, brethren, if I come to you speaking in tongues, in what will I profit you, unless I speak to you by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophecy, or by teaching?

³ For I delivered to you among the first things, that which I also received: That Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures;

¹ Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you is to me indeed not burdensome; but for you it is safe.

²⁸ whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

¹⁶ All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished for every good work. ¹⁷ :

² preach the word, be urgent in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and teaching.
