²¹ which some professing, have gone astray from the faith. Grace be with you all.

¹³ And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.’

⁷ To all those being in Rome beloved of God, called saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

²⁰ And in a short time the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

⁶ from which some, having missed the mark, have turned aside to meaningless discourse,

¹⁹ holding faith and a good conscience, which some, having cast away, have caused a shipwreck concerning the faith,

¹⁰ For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils, which some, stretching after, have been seduced away from the faith and have pierced themselves with many sorrows.

¹⁸ who have gone astray concerning the truth, asserting the resurrection already to have taken place; and they are overthrowing the faith of some.

²² The Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you all.

¹⁵ All those with me greet you. Greet those loving us in the faith. Grace be with all of you.

¹ For the Law, having a shadow of the good things coming, not the form of the things themselves, never is able each year, with the same sacrifices which they offer continually, to perfect those drawing near. ² Otherwise, would they not have ceased being offered, because of those serving having been cleansed once, no longer having conscience of sins? ³ But in these, there is a reminder of sins every year. ⁴ For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and of goats to take away sins. ⁵ Therefore coming into the world, He says: “Sacrifice and offering You have not desired, but a body You have prepared me. ⁶ In burnt offerings and offerings for sin You have not delighted. ⁷ Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— in the scroll of the book it is written of Me— to do Your will, O God.’” ⁸ Saying above, “Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offerings for sin, You have not desired, nor have You delighted in” (which are offered according to the Law), ⁹ then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will.” He takes away the first that He might establish the second. ¹⁰ By that will, we are having been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. ¹¹ And indeed every priest stands every day, ministering and offering the same sacrifices repeatedly, which never are able to take away sins. ¹² But this One, having offered one sacrifice for sins in perpetuity, sat down at the right hand of God,
