⁶ And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of the Unleavened Bread, and within five days we came to them at Troas, where we stayed seven days.

³ And having seen that it is pleasing to the Jews, he proceeded to take Peter also—now these were the days of the Unleavened Bread—

⁸ And having passed by Mysia, they came down to Troas.

¹² and from there to Philippi, which is the leading city of the district of Macedonia, a colony. Now we were staying some days in this city.

⁸ And having gone forth on the next day, we came to Caesarea, and having entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, being of the seven, we stayed with him.

⁷ Cleanse out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, as you are, unleavened. For also Christ our Passover lamb has been sacrificed, ⁸ so that we might celebrate the feast, not with old leaven, not with leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and of truth.

² But having previously suffered and having been mistreated in Philippi, just as you know, we had boldness in our God to speak to you the gospel of God amid much conflict.
