¹⁶ For God so loved the world that He gave the only begotten Son, so that everyone believing in Him should not perish, but should have eternal life.

¹³ But having gone, learn what is, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

⁶ Yet having one beloved son, he sent him to them last, saying, ‘They will have respect for my son.’

¹⁴ “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased!”

¹⁴ And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And we beheld His glory, a glory as of an only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

¹⁸ No one has ever yet seen God. The only begotten God, the One being in the bosom of the Father, He has made Him known.

²⁹ On the next day, he sees Jesus coming to him and says, “Behold the Lamb of God, the One taking away the sin of the world.

¹⁵ so that everyone believing in Him may have eternal life.

³⁶ The one believing in the Son has eternal life, but the one not obeying the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

⁴⁰ For this is the will of My Father, that everyone beholding the Son and believing in Him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up in the last day.”

²⁸ And I give them eternal life, and never shall they perish to the age, and never will anyone seize them out of My hand.

²⁵ Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; the one believing in Me, even if he should die, he will live. ²⁶ And everyone living and believing in Me shall never die, to the age. Do you believe this?”

⁸ But God demonstrates His love to us, that of us being still sinners, Christ died for us.

¹⁰ For if, being enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved in His life!

³² For He who spared not the own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also, with Him, grant us all things?

¹⁹ how that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not reckoning their trespasses to them, and having put into us the word of reconciliation. ²⁰ Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God is beseeching through us. We implore on behalf of Christ: Be reconciled to God. ²¹ He made the One not having known sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.

⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,

¹⁶ Now our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God our Father, the One having loved us and having given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace,

¹⁵ Trustworthy is the saying, and worthy of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. ¹⁶ But because of this I was shown mercy, that in me, the foremost, Christ Jesus might display perfect patience, as a pattern for those being about to believe on Him to eternal life.

⁴ But when the kindness and the love of mankind of God our Savior appeared,

⁹ In this the love of God has been revealed among us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, so that we might live through Him. ¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son as a propitiation for our sins.

¹⁹ We love because He first loved us.

⁵ and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To the One loving us and releasing us from our sins through His blood,
