³¹ Those having appeared in glory were speaking of His going out, which He was about to accomplish in Jerusalem.

²² having said, “It is necessary for the Son of Man to suffer many things, and to be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and to be killed, and on the third day to be raised.”

³² And He said to them, “Having gone, say to that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and I complete cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I am perfected.’ ³³ But it behooves Me to proceed today and tomorrow and the following day. For it is not possible for a prophet to perish outside of Jerusalem. ³⁴ Jerusalem, Jerusalem, killing the prophets, and stoning those having been sent to her, how often I have wanted to gather your children, the way that a hen gathers her brood under the wings, and you were not willing.

²⁹ On the next day, he sees Jesus coming to him and says, “Behold the Lamb of God, the One taking away the sin of the world.

²³ we, however, preach Christ having been crucified, a stumbling block indeed to the Jewish and foolishness to Gentiles, ²⁴ but those called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

¹⁸ And we all having been unveiled in face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image, from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.

²¹ who will transform our body of humiliation, conformed to the body of His glory, according to the working enabling Him even to subdue all things to Himself.

⁴ When Christ your life may be revealed, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

¹¹ inquiring into what or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ in them was signifying, testifying beforehand of the sufferings of Christ and the glories after these, ¹² to whom it was revealed that they were serving not themselves, but you, in those things which now have been proclaimed to you by those having proclaimed the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit having been sent from heaven, into which angels desire to look.

¹⁰ And the God of all grace, the One having called you to His eternal glory in Christ, of you having suffered a little while, He Himself will perfect, will confirm, will strengthen, and will establish you.

¹⁵ And I will be diligent also for you to have at every time after my departure these things, to make a lasting remembrance.

⁶ And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God having been sent out into all the earth. ⁷ And He came and took it out of the right hand of the One sitting on the throne. ⁸ And when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls being full of incenses, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they are singing a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slain, and You purchased to God by Your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, ¹⁰ and You have made them a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” ¹¹ And I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and of the living creatures, and of the elders; and their number was myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, ¹² saying in a loud voice: “Worthy is the Lamb having been slain, to receive the power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!”

¹⁴ And I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
