¹⁸ In that day five cities in the land of Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the LORD of Hosts. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together.

¹⁸ Yet her profits and wages will be set apart to the LORD; they will not be stored or saved, for her profit will go to those who live before the LORD, for abundant food and fine clothing.

²⁶ I will deliver them into the hands of those who seek their lives—of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and his officers. But after this, Egypt will be inhabited as in days of old, declares the LORD.
