⁹ There is a litle ladde here, whiche hath fyue barly loaues and two fisshes, but what are they among so many

⁸ A lande wherin is wheate and barlie, vineyardes, fightrees, & pomgranates, a lande wherein is oyle oliue and honie

¹⁴ With butter of kine, and mylke of the sheepe, with fat of the lambes, and fat of rammes and hee goates, with the fat of the most plenteous wheate, and that thou myghtest drynke the most pure blood of the grape

²⁸ Barly also and strawe for the horses and mules brought they vnto the place where the officers were, euery man in his office

⁴² There came a man from Baal Salisa, and brought the man of God bread of the first fruites, euen twentie loaues of barlye, & full eares of corne in the huske: And he said, Geue vnto the people, that they may eate ⁴³ And his minister aunswered: Why shall I set this before an hundred men? He said againe, Geue it vnto the people, that they may eate: For thus saith the Lorde, They shall eate, and there shal be left ouer ⁴⁴ And so he set it before them, and they did eate, and left ouer, according to the word of the Lorde

¹ Then Elisa saide: Heare ye the word of the lord, thus sayth the Lorde: To morow this time [shall] a bushell of fyne flowre [be solde] for a sicle, and two bushels of barlye for a sicle in the gate of Samaria

¹⁹ They spake against God: they said, can God prepare a table in the wildernesse

⁴¹ They turned backe and tempted the Lorde: and prescribed boundes to the most holy [God] of Israel

¹⁶ He woulde haue fed them also with the finest wheate flowre: and I would haue satisfied thee with honie out of the stonie rocke

¹⁴ He maketh peace in thy borders: he fylleth thee with good corne

¹⁷ Iuda and the land of Israel occupied with thee, & brought vnto thy markets wheat of Minnith & Pannag, hony, oyle, and triacle

¹⁷ They saye vnto hym: we haue here but fyue loaues, and two fisshes

⁹ Do ye not yet perceaue, neither remember those fyue loaues, when there were fyue thousande [men], and howe many baskets toke ye vp

³⁸ He sayde vnto them: Howe many loaues haue ye, go loke? And when they had searched, they sayde, fyue, and two fisshes

¹⁹ When I brake fyue loaues among fyue thousande men, howe many baskettes full of broken meate toke ye vp? They say vnto hym, twelue

¹³ But he said vnto them: Geue ye the to eate. And they said: We haue no mo but fyue loaues and two fisshes, excepte we should go & bye meate for al this people

⁷ Philip aunswered hym: Two hundred penie worth of bread are not sufficient for them, that euery man may take a litle

²¹ Then sayde Martha vnto Iesus: Lorde, yf thou haddest ben here, my brother had not dyed

³² Then when Marie was come where Iesus was, and sawe hym, she fell downe at his feete, and sayth vnto him: Lorde, yf thou haddest ben here, my brother had not ben dead

⁹ For ye knowe the grace of our Lorde Iesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poore, that ye through his pouertie might be made rich

⁶ And I hearde a voyce in the myddes of the foure beastes saye: A measure of wheate for a penie, and three measures of barly for a penie, and oyle and wine see thou hurt not
