Ecclesiastes 1:15 Cross References - CAB

¹⁵ That which is crooked cannot be made straight; and what is lacking cannot be numbered.

⁶ Then shall He declare to you the power of wisdom, for it shall be double of that which is with you; and then shall you know, that a just recompense of your sins has come to you from the Lord.

²⁹ And He will give quiet, and who will condemn? And He will hide His face, and who shall see Him? Whether it be done against a nation, or against a man, also:

¹⁴ I know that whatsoever things God has done, they shall be forever. It is impossible to add to it, and it is impossible to take away from it; and God has done it, that men should fear before Him.

¹² For wisdom in its shadow is as the shadow of silver, and the excellence of the knowledge of wisdom will give life to him that has it. ¹³ Behold the works of God; for who shall be able to straighten him whom God has made crooked?

⁴ Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and all the crooked ways shall become straight, and the rough places smooth.

³⁷ Who has thus spoken, and it has come to pass? The Lord has not commanded it.

³⁵ All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and He does according to His will in the host of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and there is none who shall withstand His power, and say to Him, What have You done?

²⁷ Which of you by worrying is able to add one cubit to his stature?
