⁴⁶ And Nathanael said to him, "Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" Philip said to him, "Come and see."

²⁸ So all those in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, ²⁹ and rising up they threw Him out of the city; and brought Him to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, in order to throw Him down.

⁵⁷ "And why do you not judge what is right even of yourselves?

²⁹ Come, see a Man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Christ?"

⁴¹ Others said, "This is the Christ." Others said, "But the Christ is not coming out of Galilee, is He? ⁴² Has not the Scripture said that the Christ comes from the seed of David and from the village of Bethlehem, where David was?"

⁵² They answered and said to him, "Are you also from Galilee? Search and see, because no prophet has arisen out of Galilee."

²¹ But test all things; hold fast that which is good.
