¹⁹ And He said to them, "What things?" So they said to Him, "The things concerning Jesus the Nazarene, who proved to be a man who was a Prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,

¹¹ And the crowds were saying, "This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee."

²⁴ saying, "Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are--the Holy One of God!"

¹⁶ Then fear took hold of all, and they were glorifying God, saying, "A great prophet has risen up among us"; and, "God has visited His people."

² This man came to Him by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."

¹⁹ The woman said to Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet.

¹⁴ Then those men, when they had seen the sign that Jesus did, said, "This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world."

⁴⁰ Therefore many from the crowd, when they heard this saying, said, "Truly this is the Prophet." ⁴¹ Others said, "This is the Christ." Others said, "But the Christ is not coming out of Galilee, is He? ⁴² Has not the Scripture said that the Christ comes from the seed of David and from the village of Bethlehem, where David was?"

⁵² They answered and said to him, "Are you also from Galilee? Search and see, because no prophet has arisen out of Galilee."

²² "Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves also know--

²² And Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and he was mighty in words and deeds.

³⁸ Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all those who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him.
