⁷ and put fire on them, and put incense on them before the Lord tomorrow; and it shall come to pass that the man whom the Lord has chosen, he shall be holy: let it be enough for you, you sons of Levi.

And He said to them, "Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.

⁴ just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him in love,

¹³ But we are obligated to give thanks to God always for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning for salvation, through sanctification of the Spirit and belief in the truth,
