If the dead are not being roused, "we may be eating and drinking, for tomorrow we are dying." ³³ Be not deceived: evil conversations are corrupting kind characters. ³⁴ Sober up justly and do not be sinning, for some have an ignorance of God. We all, indeed, shall not be put to repose, yet we all shall be changed, ⁵² in an instant, in the twinkle of an eye, at the last trump. For He will be trumpeting, and the dead will be roused incorruptible, and we shall be changed." ⁵³ For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal put on immortality." ⁵⁴ Now, whenever this corruptible should be putting on incorruption and this mortal should be putting on immortality, then shall come to pass the word which is written, Swallowed up was Death by Victory." ⁵⁵ Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting? ⁵⁶ Now the sting of Death is sin, yet the power of sin is the law." ⁵⁷ Now thanks be to God, Who is giving us the victory, through our Lord Jesus Christ." ⁵⁸ So that, my beloved brethren, become settled, unmovable, superabounding in the work of the Lord always, being aware that your toil is not for naught in the Lord."

²⁰ My son, preserve the instruction of your father, And do not abandon the law of your mother." ²¹ Tie them upon your heart continually; Wind them about your throat. ²² When you walk about, it shall give you guidance, When you lie down, it shall guard over you, And when you awake, it shall importune you." ²³ For instruction is a lamp, and law is a light, And the reproofs of discipline are the way to life,

⁶ Forsake your simple ways and live, And progress in the way of understanding."

²⁰ He who walks with the wise becomes wise, Yet he who associates with the stupid is imperiled."

³² The wicked man is tripped up by his evil, Yet the righteous one takes refuge in his integrity."

¹⁵ So I said in my heart, Since the destiny of the stupid man is also mine, and it shall befall me, To what advantage then have I been wise? Hence I spoke in my heart, This too is vanity." ¹⁶ For there is no remembrance of the wise man or the stupid man for the eon; In the days which are already coming everyone is forgotten; Alas, the wise man dies along with the stupid one!"

²⁴ There is nothing better for a man than that he should eat and drink And cause his soul to see good from his toil; This too I see that it is from the hand of Elohim.

¹⁹ For the destiny of the sons of humanity And the destiny of the beast, It is one destiny for them; As death is for this one, so is death for that one, And one spirit is for all; There is no advantage for the human over the beast, For the whole is vanity."

⁸ No man has authority over the spirit to detain the spirit, And no one has authority over the day of death; There is no dismissal in war, And wickedness shall make no way of escape for its possessor."

⁹ Rejoice, choice youth, in your childhood, And let your heart be well in the days of your prime; Walk in the ways of your heart and by the sight of your eyes, Yet know that for all these the One, Elohim, shall bring you into judgment."

⁶ For a Boy is born to us; a Son is given to us, and the chieftainship shall come to be on His shoulder, and His name is called "Marvelous.Counsel to the master shall He bring, to the chief of the future, welfare." ⁷ To the increase of the chieftainship, and to the welfare shall be no end. On the throne of David, and over his kingdom, to prepare it, and to brace it with judgment and with justice, henceforth and in the future eon. The zeal of Yahweh of hosts will do this."

³ All dwellers of the habitance, and tabernaclers of the earth:As the lifting of a banner on the mountains, you shall see, and as the blowing of a trumpet, you shall hear."

¹³ yet behold! Elation will they make and rejoicing, killing an ox and slaying from the flock, eating flesh and drinking wine, saying, "Eat and drink, for tomorrow we will die."

⁸ He swallows up death permanently. And my Lord Yahweh will wipe every tear off of all faces, and the reproach of His people will He take away off all the earth, for the mouth of Yahweh speaks."

¹⁹ Live shall your death-doomed! Their carcasses shall rise! Awake and jubilate, tabernaclers of the soil! For a night mist of lights is your night mist. And the land is causing the healers to fall."

¹³ And it comes, in that day, blown shall be a great trumpet, and those perishing in the land of Assyria will come, and those expelled in the land of Egypt, and worship Yahweh in the holy mount in Jerusalem."

¹⁷ Behold! For welfare there is bitterness to me; very great bitterness. Yet You are attached to my soul, to keep it from the ruin of decay, for You do fling behind Your body all my sins."

⁴ And I, I say, "For naught do I labor; for chaos and for vanity I exhaust my vigor. Surely, my judgment is with Yahweh. And my wage is with my Elohim."

¹ Who believes our report? And the arm of Yahweh--to whom is it revealed? ² And He is coming up as a layer-plant before Him, and as a root sprout from earth that is arid. No shape has He nor honor when we shall see Him, and no appearance nor loveliness that we will covet Him." ³ Despised is He, and shunned by men, a man of pains and knowing illness. And, as One concealing His face from us, despised is He, and we judge Him of no account." ⁴ Surely our illnesses has He borne, and our pains--He was burdened with them. Yet we account Him touched, smitten by the Elohim and humbled." ⁵ Yet He was wounded because of our transgressions, and crushed because of our depravities. The discipline for our welfare was on Him, and by His welts there is healing for us." ⁶ All of us, as a flockling, have strayed; each man to his own way, we face, yet Yahweh, in Him, intercedes because of all our depravity." ⁷ Hard pressed is He and being humbled, yet He is not opening His mouth. As a flockling to slaughter is He fetched, and as a ewe before her shearers is mute, so He is not opening His mouth." ⁸ From restraint and from judgment is He taken, and on His generation, who shall meditate? For He was severed from the land of the living; because of the transgression of My people was He touched by death." ⁹ And He is given His tomb with the wicked, a cave from the rich, in His death. For He does no wrong, and no deceit is in His mouth, ¹⁰ yet Yahweh desires to crush Him, and He causes Him to be wounded. Should you place His soul for a guilt approach, He shall see a seed. He shall lengthen His days, and the desire of Yahweh shall prosper in His hand." ¹¹ From the toil of His soul shall He see light. And He shall be satisfied by His knowledge. My righteous Servant shall justify many, and with their depravities shall He be burdened." ¹² Therefore I will apportion to Him among many, and to the staunch will He apportion the loot, insomuch that He gives up His soul unto death, and with transgressors was counted; and He bore the sin of many, and for transgressors is making intercession."

⁶ In his days is Judah saved, and Israel dwells confidently, And this his name that Yahweh proclaims him, `Our Righteousness.'"

¹⁷ that there is a word of Yahweh unto me, saying, `Son of man, a watchman I have given you to the house of Israel, and you have heard from My mouth a word, and have warned them from Me."

³ And he has seen the sword coming against the land, And has blown with a trumpet, and has warned the people,

²⁴ Seventy sevens are segregated for your people and for your holy city:To detain transgression, to cause sin to end, to make a propitiatory shelter for depravity; to bring the righteousness of the eons, to seal the vision and the prophet, to anoint the holy of holies." ²⁵ And you shall know and be intelligent:From the faring forth of the word to cause a return and to rebuild Jerusalem--from then till Messiah the Governor is seven sevens, and sixty-two sevens. The city and the holy place shall be laid in ruins with the other governor's coming; then its end is by an overflow, and till the end of the war desolations will be decided."

³ The intelligent shall warn as the warning of the atmosphere, and those justifying many are as the stars for the eon and further." ⁴ Now you Daniel, stop up the words and seal the scroll till the era of the end, when many will swerve as evil will increase."

For rejoicing and elation is cut off from your mouth." ⁶ Yet the navigator is coming near to him, and is saying to him, What is it to you, stupefied one! Rise! Call to your Elohim! Perhaps the Elohim will reconsider as to us, and we will not perish."

⁷ O sword! rouse against My Shepherd, and against the Master, My Companion, (averring is Yahweh of hosts). Smite the Shepherd, and the flock is scattering. And I restore My hand on the inferior shepherds."

¹⁴ You say, It is futility to serve Elohim. And what gain is it that we keep His charge, and that we go somberly in view of Yahweh of hosts? ¹⁵ And now we are pronouncing the arrogant happy. Moreover, the doers of wickedness are built up. Moreover, they test Elohim, and are escaping."

²³ "Lo! The virgin shall be pregnant
And shall be bringing forth a Son,
And they shall be calling His name 'Emmanuel,'
which is, being construed, "God with us."

There shall be lamentation and gnashing of teeth. ⁴³ Then shall the just be shining out as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

⁴ And, answering, Jesus said to them, "Beware that no one should be deceiving you."

⁹ Then shall they be giving you up to affliction, and they shall be killing you, and you shall be hated by all of the nations because of My name."

And He shall be severing them from one another even as a shepherd is severing the sheep from the kids. ³³ And He shall be standing the sheep, indeed, at His right, yet the kids at the left." ³⁴ Then shall the King be declaring to those at His right, 'Hither, blessed of My Father! Enjoy the allotment of the kingdom made ready for you from the disruption of the world." ³⁵ For I hunger and you give Me to eat' I thirst and you give Me drink; a stranger was I and you took Me in; ³⁶ naked and you clothed Me; infirm am I and you visit Me; in jail was I and you come to Me.' ³⁷ Then the just will be answering Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we perceive Thee hungering and nourish Thee, or thirsting and we give Thee drink? ³⁸ Now when did we perceive Thee a stranger and took Thee in, or naked and we clothed Thee? ³⁹ Now when did we perceive Thee infirm, or in jail, and we came to Thee?'" ⁴⁰ And, answering, the King shall be declaring to them, 'Verily, I am saying to you, In as much as you do it to one of these, the least of My brethren, you do it to Me.'"

⁶³ saying, "Lord, we are reminded that that deceiver said while still living, 'After three days shall I be roused.'" ⁶⁴ Then order the sepulcher to be secured till the third day, lest at some time his disciples, coming, should be stealing him and may be saying to the people, 'He was roused from the dead,' and the last deception will be worse than the first."

At the lighting up into one of the sabbaths came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to behold the sepulcher. ² And lo! a great quake occurred, for a messenger of the Lord, descending out of heaven and approaching, rolls away the stone from the door and sat upon it." ³ Now he was, to the perception, as lightning, and his apparel white as if snow." ⁴ Now from fear of him the keepers quaked and became as the dead. ⁵ Now, answering, the messenger said to the women, "Fear you not! For I am aware that you are seeking Jesus, the Crucified." ⁶ He is not here, for He was roused, according as He said. Hither! Perceive the place where the Lord lay."

¹⁰ Then Jesus is saying to them, "Fear not! Go, report to My brethren that they may be coming away into Galilee, and there they shall see Me."

¹⁶ And these, likewise, are those being sown on rocky places, who, whenever they should be hearing the word, straightway with joy they are getting it." ¹⁷ And they have no root in themselves, but are temporary. Thereafter, at the coming of affliction or persecution because of the word, straightway they are being snared." ¹⁸ And others are those being sown into the thorns. These are those who hear the word, ¹⁹ and the worries of this eon, and the seduction of riches and the desires about the rest, going in, are stifling the word, and it is becoming unfruitful." ²⁰ And those are those being sown on ideal earth who are hearing the word, and are assenting to it, and are bearing fruit, one thirty and one sixty and one a hundredfold."

²⁶ And He said, "Thus is the kingdom of God: As if ever a man should be casting seed on the earth, ²⁷ and he may be drowsing and rousing night and day, and the seed may be germinating and lengthening, as he is not aware." ²⁸ Spontaneously the earth is bearing fruit, first the blade, thereafter the ear, thereafter the full grain in the ear." ²⁹ Now whenever the fruit may be giving way, straightway he is dispatching the sickle, for present is the harvest."

Jesus are you seeking, the Nazarene, the Crucified. He was roused! He is not here! Perceive the place where they place Him!" ⁷ But go, say to His disciples and to Peter, that He is preceding you into Galilee. There you shall see Him, according as He said to you."

¹³ Now those on the rock are those who, whenever they should be hearing, with joy are receiving the word. And these have no root, who are believing for a season and, in a season of trial, are withdrawing." ¹⁴ Now that falling among the thorns, these are those who hear and, by worries and riches, and by the gratifications of life, going on, stifle, and are bringing nothing to maturity."

¹⁰ whenever He may be coming to be glorified in His saints and to be marveled at in all who believe (seeing that our testimony to you was believed) in that day.

And he cries with a loud voice, saying to all the birds which are flying in mid-heaven, "Hither! Be gathered for the great dinner of God, ¹⁸ that you may be eating the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of the strong, and the flesh of horses and of those sitting on them, and the flesh of all freemen as well as slaves, and of small and of great." ¹⁹ And I perceived the wild beast and the kings of the earth and their armies, gathered to do battle with Him Who is sitting on the horse and with His army." ²⁰ And the wild beast is arrested, and with it the false prophet who does the signs in its sight, by which he deceives those getting the emblem of the wild beast, and those worshiping its image. Living, the two were cast into the lake of fire burning with sulphur." ²¹ And the rest were killed with the blade which is coming out of the mouth of Him Who is sitting on the horse. And all the birds are satisfied with their flesh.
