²¹ Then Yahweh said: Behold! There is a place by Me, and you will station yourself on the rock.

³¹ As for you, stay here with Me, and let Me speak to you about all the instruction and the statutes and the judgments that you shall teach them, so that they may obey them in the land that I am giving to them to tenant it.

⁴ `When [one] has fled unto one of these cities, and has stood [at] the opening of the gate of the city, and has spoken in the ears of the elders of that city his matter, then they have gathered him into the city unto them, and have given to him a place, and he has dwelt with them.

⁵ then I give to them, in My house and in My walls, an acclaiming hand, and a name better than sons and daughters. A name eonian will I give to them, which shall not be cut off."

⁷ Thus says Yahweh of hosts:Should you be going in My ways and should you be keeping My charge, then, moreover, you shall adjudicate over My house and, moreover, you shall keep My courts, and I give to you walks between those who are standing by."
