²³ If you return unto Him Who Suffices and you submit, If you put iniquity far from your ten.

¹³ `Rise, sanctify the people, and you have said, Sanctify yourselves for to-morrow; for thus said Yahweh, Elohim of Israel, A devoted thing [is] in your midst, O Israel, you are not able to stand before your enemies till your turning aside of the devoted thing out of your midst;" ¹⁴ and you have been brought near in the morning by your tribes, and it has been, the tribe which Yahweh does capture does draw near by families, and the family which Yahweh does capture does draw near by households, and the household which Yahweh does capture does draw near by men;" ¹⁵ and it has been, he who is captured with the devoted thing is burnt with fire, he and all that he has, because he has transgressed the covenant of Yahweh, and because he has done folly in Israel.. ¹⁶ And Joshua rises early in the morning, and brings Israel near by its tribes, and the tribe of Judah is captured;"

⁵ Yet if you yourself seek early for El, And to Him Who Suffices you supplicate, ⁶ If you are purged and upright, Even now He would rouse Himself over you, And He would bring peace to your righteous homestead.

¹³ If you yourself prepare your heart, And you spread out your palms to Him, ¹⁴ If lawlessness is in your hand, put it far away, And do not allow iniquity to tabernacle in your tents,

¹⁴ Behold, He demolishes, and it shall not be rebuilt; He locks up a man, and it shall not be opened.

¹⁵ It shall tabernacle in his tent which no longer is his; Sulfur shall be sifted about his homestead.

²² And Yahweh struck Egypt with a great stroke, yet, heal, yea He will heal them. And they return unto Yahweh. And He is entreated for them and heals them."

⁶ Return to Him Who deepens counsel, you stubborn sons of Israel!"

¹⁵ He who goes in righteousness, and speaks equities, who rejects the gain of extortions, who shakes his palms from upholding a bribe, who contracts his ear from hearkening to blood plans, and restrains his eyes from seeing evil--"

⁶ Inquire for Yahweh while He is to be found; call Him while He comes to be near. ⁷ Forsake shall the wicked one his way, and the lawless man his devices, and he shall return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him, and to our Elohim, for he will increasingly pardon your sins."

⁴ Again do I build you, And you have been built, O virgin of Israel, Again you put on your tabrets, And have gone out in the chorus of the playful."

¹ Return, O Israel, unto Yahweh, your Elohim, for you stumble in your depravity." ² Take words with you and return to Yahweh, your Elohim; say to Him:Wilt You bear away all the depravity? Take the good, and we will repay with the fruit of our lips."

³ Now you shall say to them, Thus says Yahweh of hosts:Return to Me, (averring is Yahweh of hosts), and I will return to you, says Yahweh of hosts."

³ And he is saying to me, This is the execration which is faring forth over the surface of the entire land, for every thief, henceforth as death doomed shall be visited with vengeance, and every swearer, henceforth as death doomed shall be visited with vengeance." ⁴ I will bring it forth, (averring is Yahweh of hosts), and it enters into the house of the thief, and into the house of him who swears in My name falsely, and it lodges in the midst of his house, and it consumes it and its timbers and its stones."

²⁰ but first to those in Damascus, besides in Jerusalem also, besides to the entire province of Judea, and to the nations, I reported that they are to be repenting and turning back to God, engaging acts worthy of repentance."

⁷ having been rooted and being built up in Him, and being confirmed in the faith according as you were taught, superabounding in it with thanksgiving."

¹⁹ Howbeit, the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: The Lord knew those who are His, and, Let everyone who is naming the name of the Lord withdraw from injustice. "

²⁰ Now you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith, praying in holy spirit,
