⁴ Praise Him, heavens of the heavens, And the waters that are above the heavens." ⁵ May they praise the Name of Yahweh, For He Himself determined, and they were created." ⁶ He makes them stand for the future, for the eon; He has set down a statute, and it shall not pass away."

⁸ Fire and hail, snow and fume, Tempestuous wind, performing His word,

¹ Praise Yah. Praise El in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His powerful atmosphere.

¹⁹ Yahweh, by wisdom, founded the earth; He established the heavens by comprehension." ²⁰ By His knowledge the abysses broke forth, And the skies drip down the night mist."

²⁷ When He established the heavens I was there, When He delineated the horizon on the face of the abyss,

²³ A north wind travails forth a downpour, And a clandestine tongue makes a menacing face."

³ A wicked master, who extorts from the poor, Is a flattening rain that makes no nourishment."

² Indeed I am brutish, less than a man, And human understanding is not in me." ³ I have not learned wisdom That I may know of the knowledge of the grand Holy One. ⁴ Who has ascended the heavens and descended? Who has gathered the wind in both His hands? Who has tied up the waters in a garment? Who has confirmed all the limits of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son's name, in case you know?

¹¹ He has made everything fitting in its season; However, He has put obscurity in their heart So that the man may not find out His work, That which the One, Elohim, does from the beginning to the terminus."

¹⁷ Then I saw in all the work of the One, Elohim, That a man is not able to find out the work that is done under the sun, Forasmuch as a man may toil in seeking it out but shall not find it; And even if a wise man says he knows, he is not able to find it out."

¹¹ Again I saw under the sun That the race is not to the fleet, Nor the battle to valiant masters, Nor even bread for the wise, Nor even riches for the understanding, Nor even favor for the knowing, For season and mischance shall happen to them all."

¹⁰ Come into the cleft of the rock, and be buried in the soil, from the face of awe-inspiring Yahweh, and from the honor of His pomp, when He rises to terrify the earth."

⁴ For thus says Yahweh to me, "I will be quiet, and I will look in My site. As a glossy warmth over the light, as a dense haze of night mist in the day of harvest."

¹ LOAD OF THE WILDERNESSES As sweeping whirlwinds in the south rim pass on, from the wilderness coming, from a fearful land,

¹¹ Yahweh, Your exalted hand they will fail to perceive. Yet they shall perceive and be shamed by the zeal of the disciplined people. Indeed, the fire of Your foes will devour them."

¹² Who measures the waters in the hollow of His hand, and regulates the heavens with a span? And Who contains, in a peck measure, the soil of all the earth, and weighs, with a balance, the mountains, and the hills with scales?

²¹ Are you not knowing? Are you not hearing? Was it not told to you from the beginning? Do you not understood from the foundations of the earth? ²² Who is sitting over the circle of the earth, and its dwellers are as grasshoppers? Who is stretching out as a thin gauze the heavens, and bagging them out as a tent to dwell in?

²⁶ Lift your eyes to the height and see; Who created all these? Who is bringing forth their host by number? He is calling to all of them by name, because of vast virility and resolute vigor, and not one of them is deranged."

²⁸ Do you not know? Should you not hear? The Elohim eonian is Yahweh, Creator of the ends of the earth. He is not fainting, nor is He wearying. And there is no investigating of His understanding."

²⁴ Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, and your Former from the belly:"I, Yahweh, am Maker of all, Who stretched out the heavens alone. When stamping out the earth, who was with Me?

²¹ Tell, and bring them close. Indeed, they shall consult together. Who announced this from aforetime? Hitherto, Who told it? Not I, Yahweh? And no one else is Elohim, apart from Me. An El, just, and a Saviour. And none is there, except Me."

⁹ in all their distress He is not a foe, not an agent or a messenger, but His presence saved them. In His love, and by His sparing, He, He redeems them, and He will transport and assist them all the days of the eon."

²² Me do you not fear, an affirmation of Yahweh? From My presence are you not pained? Who has made sand the border of the sea, A limit eonian, and it passes not over it, They shake themselves, and they are not able, Yea, sounded have its billows, and they pass not over."

²² Are there among the vanities of the nations any causing rain? And do the heavens give showers? Are not You He, O Yahweh our Elohim? And we wait for you, for You--You have done all these!"

³⁹ and I have given to them one heart, and one way, to fear Me all the days, for good to them, and to their sons after them:"

⁹ And it has been to Me for a name of joy, For praise, and for beauty, to all nations of the earth, Who hear of all the good that I am doing them, And they have feared, And they have trembled for all the good, And for all the peace, that I am doing to it."

³² Indeed though He afflicts, yet He has compassion according to the abundance of His benignities;" ³³ For He does not humiliate from His heart or so afflict the sons of humanity.

¹¹ Say to those daubing with chalk--It falls, There has been an overflowing shower, And you, O hailstones, do fall, And a tempestuous wind does rend,

¹³ Therefore, thus said the Lord Yahweh:I have rent with a tempestuous wind in My fury, And an overflowing shower is in Mine anger, And hailstones in My fury--to consume."

²³ Do I at all desire the death of the wicked? An affirmation of the Lord Yahweh, Is it not in his turning back from his way--And he has lived?

³² For I have no pleasure in the death of the dying, An affirmation of the Lord Yahweh, And turn you back and live!"

⁷ Yet I Daniel alone see this great sight-- the mortals who come to be with me do not see the sight, verily a great trembling falls on them and they are running away to hide-- yet I remain alone and am seeing this great sight." ⁸ No vigor remains in me, my splendor is turned on me to corruption, and no vigor do I retain."

⁵ Afterward are the sons of Israel returning, and they seek Yahweh their Elohim, and David their king, and they come in awe to Yahweh and to His goodness, in the latter days."

²³ Then, sons of Zion, exult! And rejoice in Yahweh, your Elohim! For He will give to you the former rain in just measure, and He will bring down for you the downpour, the former rain and the latter rain as at first."

⁷ And, moreover, I withhold from you the downpour, while still three months to harvest, and I cause rain on one city, and on another city I am not causing rain; one portion was rained upon, and the portion upon which I am not causing rain is drying up."

⁶ He Who is building His ascents in the heavens, and His structure over the earth--He founds it, He Who is calling to the waters of the sea, and is pouring them out on the surface of the earth, Yahweh, Elohim of hosts, is His name!"

⁴ And He stands and shepherds His flock in the strength of Yahweh, in the pomp of the name of Yahweh, His Elohim. And they shall dwell, for now shall He be great unto the limits of the land."

³ Yahweh is slow to anger, and great in vigor, and verily He will not make innocent. Yahweh has His way in the sweeping whirlwind and in the horror, and a cloud is the dust of His feet."

²⁰ Yet Yahweh is in His holy temple! Hist! all the earth, because of His presence!"

³ Eloah is coming from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. INTERLUDE His splendor covers the heavens, and His praise fills the earth." ⁴ And its brightness is becoming as the light. From His hand He has gleams, and there is the hiding of His strength." ⁵ Before Him the plague is going, and a sirocco is faring forth at His feet." ⁶ He stands and is measuring the earth; he sees and is letting loose the nations. And the mountain ranges of futurity are scattering; the eonian hills bow down; his goings are eonian. ⁷ I saw the tents of Cushan under lawlessness; the sheets of the land of Midian are disturbed. ⁸ Was Yahweh hot against the streams? Or was Your anger against the streams? Or was Your rage against the sea? For You wast riding on Your horses, Your chariots of salvation." ⁹ Your bow was verily naked; sworn are the rods by Your saying. INTERLUDE You are rending the earth with streams; ¹⁰ seeing You, the mountains are travailing, the storm of waters passes, the submerged chaos gives forth its voice; it lifts it hands on high." ¹¹ The sun and moon stand in their residence; at the light Your arrows are going-- at the brightness of the flashing of Your spear. ¹² With menace are You marching through the earth; in anger are You threshing the nations. ¹³ You fare forth for the salvation of Your people, for the salvation of Your anointed ones. You do transfix the head of the house of the wicked, razing the foundation unto the neck. INTERLUDE" ¹⁴ You do pierce the head of his hordes with his rod; they are tempestuous to scatter me. Their gladness is as to devour the humble in concealment. ¹⁵ You tread in the sea with Your horses, the turbid mass of vast waters." ¹⁶ I heard and my belly is disturbed; at the sound my lips tingled; trembling is coming into my bones, and under me I am disturbed in flesh. I will rest for the day of distress to go up to the people of my sojourning."

PERMANENT WITH ACCOMPANIMENTS"

¹⁴ Then Yahweh shall appear over them, and His arrow shall fare forth as a flash. And my Lord Yahweh shall blow with a trumpet, and He goes with tempests of the south."

¹³ And mayest Thou not be bringing us into trial, but rescue us from the wicked one.'"

²⁵ And the rain descended, and the rivers came, and the winds blow and they lunge at that house, and it does not fall, for it had been founded on the rock." ²⁶ And everyone who is hearing these sayings of Mine and not doing them shall be likened to a stupid man who builds his house on sand." ²⁷ And the rain descended, and the rivers came, and the winds blow and they dash against that house, and it falls: and the fall of it was great."

²⁸ And do not fear those who are killing the body, yet are not able to kill the soul. Yet be fearing Him, rather, Who is able to destroy the soul as well as the body in Gehenna."

²⁵ At that season, answering, Jesus said, "I am acclaiming Thee, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for Thou hidest these things from the wise and intelligent and Thou dost reveal them to minors." ²⁶ Yea, Father, seeing that thus it became a delight in front of Thee."

³⁶ Now I am saying to you that, for every idle declaration which men shall be speaking, they shall be rendering an account concerning it in the day of judging." ³⁷ For by your words shall you be justified, and by your words shall you be convicted."

⁵ While he is still speaking, lo! a luminous cloud overshadows them, and lo! a voice out of the cloud, saying, "This is My Son, the Beloved, in Whom I delight. Hear Him!"

²⁷ For even as the lightning is coming out from the east and is appearing as far as the west, thus shall be the presence of the Son of Mankind."

² And lo! a great quake occurred, for a messenger of the Lord, descending out of heaven and approaching, rolls away the stone from the door and sat upon it." ³ Now he was, to the perception, as lightning, and his apparel white as if snow." ⁴ Now from fear of him the keepers quaked and became as the dead.

²¹ In this hour He exults in the holy spirit and said, "I am acclaiming Thee, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for Thou dost conceal these things from the wise and intelligent and Thou dost reveal them to minors. Yea, Father, seeing that thus it became a delight in front of Thee." ²² And being turned to the disciples, He said, "All was given up to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and whomsoever the Son may be intending to unveil Him."

⁴ Now I am saying to you, My friends, be not afraid of those who are killing the body and after this do not have anything more excessive that they can do." ⁵ Now I shall be intimating to you of Whom you may be afraid: Be afraid of Him Who, after killing, has authority to be casting into Gehenna. Yea, I am saying to you, of this One be afraid!"

⁵⁵ And whenever it is blowing from the south, you are saying that 'There will be a scorching heat,' and it is occurring."

²⁶ Now suddenly a great quake occurred, so that the foundations of the prison are shaken. Now instantly all the doors were opened, and the bonds of all were slacked."

²⁹ Now, requesting lights, he springs in, and, coming to be in a tremor, prostrates to Paul and Silas,

⁴ Or are you despising the riches of His kindness and forbearance and patience, being ignorant that the kindness of God is leading you to repentance?

²⁰ Ideally! By unbelief are they broken out, yet you stand in faith. Be not haughty, but fear." ²¹ For if God spares not the natural boughs, neither will He be sparing you!" ²² Perceive, then, the kindness and severity of God! On those, indeed, who are falling, severity, yet on you, God's kindness, if you should be persisting in the kindness: else you also will be hewn out."

³³ O, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How inscrutable are His judgments, and untraceable His ways!"

²⁶ For you are observing your calling, brethren, that there are not many wise according to the flesh; not many powerful, not many noble,

¹⁹ for the wisdom of this world is stupidity with God. For it is written, "He is clutching the wise in their craftiness."

¹² For at present we are observing by means of a mirror, in an enigma, yet then, face to face. At present I know out of an instalment, yet then I shall recognize according as I am recognized also."

¹⁶ Who alone has immortality, making His home in light inaccessible, Whom not one of mankind perceived nor can be perceiving, to Whom be honor and might eonian! Amen!"

³ Who, being the Effulgence of His glory and Emblem of His assumption, besides carrying on all by His powerful declaration, making a cleansing of sins, is seated at the right hand of the Majesty in the heights;"

¹⁰ For these, indeed, disciplined for a few days as it seemed best to them, yet that One for our expedience, for us to be partaking of His holiness."

²⁹ for our God is also a consuming fire.

¹⁷ Elijah was a man of like emotions with us, and he prays in prayer for it not to rain, and it does not rain on the land three years and six months." ¹⁸ And again he prays, and heaven gives a shower and the earth germinates her fruit."

² Beloved, now are we children of God, and it was not as yet manifested what we shall be. We are aware that, if He should be manifested, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him according as He is."

²⁵ to the only God, our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, might and authority before the entire eon, now, as well as for all the eons. Amen!"

⁶ These have authority to lock heaven, that there may be no shower of rain for the days of their prophecy. And they have authority over the waters to be turning them into blood, and to smite the land with every calamity, as often as they will."

¹⁹ And opened was the temple of God in heaven, and seen was the ark of God's covenant in His temple, and lightnings and voices and thunders and an earthquake and a great hail occurred."

³ And they are singing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lambkin, saying, "Great and marvelous are Thy acts, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Thy ways, King of the eons!"
