¹³ Eloah, He does not reverse His anger; The helpers of Rahab prostrate before Him.

¹² By His vigor He lulled the sea, And by His understanding He transfixed Rahab.

⁹ Do you have an arm like El's? And can you thunder with a voice like His? ¹⁰ Ornament yourself then with pride and loftiness, And with splendor and honor you shall clothe yourself. ¹¹ Scatter forth the ragings of your anger; Discern every proud one and abase him.

¹⁰ You crushed Rahab who became like one slain; With Your strong arm You dispersed Your enemies.

⁷ And Egypt in vain and for naught is helping you. Wherefore I call as to this, "Their audacity shall cease!"

² Yet, moreover, He is wise, and will bring evil, and His words He does not take away, and He rises against the house of the evil doers, and against the help of the contrivers of lawlessness." ³ Yet Egyptians are human and not the El, and their horses are flesh, and not spirit. When Yahweh is stretching out His hand, then the helper falters; and he who is helped falls. And, together, all of them will be finished."

⁹ Rouse! Rouse! Clothe yourself with strength, arm of Yahweh! Rouse as in days aforetime, the generations of the eons! Are not You He, the Hewer of the audacious, the Wounder of the monster?

⁶ Yet greater is the grace He is giving. Wherefore He is saying, God "the proud is resisting, yet to the humble He is giving grace." ⁷ You may be subject, then, to God, yet withstand the Adversary, and he will be fleeing from you."
