³ Take heed to yourselves. Yet if your brother should be sinning, rebuke him, and if he should ever indeed repent, forgive him."

¹² Guard yourself lest you contract a covenant with the dwellers of the land, to which you are entering, lest it become a trap among you.

¹⁷ You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall admonish, yea admonish your companion so that you may not bear sin with him.

⁹ But guard yourself and keep your soul especially vigilant, lest you should forget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they should withdraw from your heart, all the days of your lives. You make them known to your sons and to your sons' sons, lest you forge.

¹⁵ You must be very much on guard against your soulish desires (since you saw no physical representation at all on the day Yahweh spoke to you at Horeb from the midst of the fire)

²³ Guard yourselves lest you forget the covenant of Yahweh your Elohim that He contracted with you, and so you make for yourselves a carving, a physical representation of anything, against which Yahweh your Elohim had instructed you;"

⁶ and said unto the judges, `See what you are doing--for not for man do you judge, but for Yahweh, who [is] with you in the matter of judgment;" ⁷ and now, let fear of Yahweh be upon you, observe and do, for there is not with Yahweh our Elohim perverseness, and acceptance of faces, and taking of a bribe..

⁵ Should the righteous one beat me, it were a kindness, And should he reprove me; it were oil on my head; May my head not repudiate it at all. But still, my prayer is against their evil deeds;"

⁸ Do not reprove a mocker lest he should hate you; Reprove a wise man, and he shall love you."

¹⁰ A rebuke settles deeper into one of understanding Than a hundred smitings into a stupid man.

⁵ Better is exposed reproof, Than love that is concealed."

¹⁵ Now, if ever your brother should be sinning, go and expose him between you and him alone. If ever he should be hearing you, you gain your brother." ¹⁶ Yet if ever he should not be hearing, take still one or two others along with you, that at the mouth of two witnesses, or of three, every declaration may be made to stand." ¹⁷ Now, if ever he should be disobeying them, tell it to the ecclesia. Now, if ever he should be disobeying the ecclesia also, let him be to you even as the man of the nations, and the tribute collector."

²¹ Then, approaching, Peter said to Him, "Lord, how many times shall my brother be sinning against me and I shall be pardoning him? Till seven times?

³⁴ Now take heed to yourselves, lest at some time your hearts should be burdened with crapulence and drunkenness and the worries of life's affairs, and that day may be standing by you unawares,

¹¹ Now when Cephas came to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, for he was self-censured." ¹² For, before the coming of some from James, he ate together with those of the nations. ¹⁵ Be observing accurately, then, brethren, how you are walking, not as unwise, but as wise,

¹⁵ supervising, that no one be wanting of the grace of God, nor any root of bitterness, sprouting up, may be annoying you, and through this the majority may be defiled,

¹⁹ My brethren, if anyone among you should be led astray from the way of the truth, and someone should be turning him back,

⁸ Be looking to yourselves, that you should not be destroying that for which you work, but you may be getting full wages."
