³ The voice of Yahweh is over the waters; The El of glory, He thunders; Yahweh is over the abundant waters."

²⁸ Make an entreaty to Yahweh, for this is enough of there coming to be thundering sounds of Elohim and hail. Let me dismiss you; you shall not continue to stay.

³³ When Moses went from Pharaoh from the city, and he spread his palms to Yahweh, then the thundering sounds halted, and the hail and the rain was not poured forth earthward.

¹⁶ It came to be on the third day, at the coming of the morning, that there came to be sounds and flashes and a heavy cloud on the mount, and the sound of a trumpet, exceedingly steadfast. Hence all the people who were in the camp trembled.

² Hearken, yea hearken to the thunderous sound of His voice And the rumbling soliloquy that comes forth from His mouth;" ³ Under the entire heavens He unleashes it, And His lightning over the wings of the earth. ⁴ After it roars a voice; He thunders with His swelling voice And does not stem them so that His voice is heard. ⁵ El thunders marvelously with His voice, Doing great things that we cannot know.

¹³ Then Yahweh thundered from the heavens, And the Supreme, He gave forth His voice With hail and flashing embers of fire." ¹⁴ He sent off His arrows, with which He scattered them, And He multiplied bolts of lightning, with which He discomfited them." ¹⁵ So the channels of water were made to appear, And the foundations of the habitance were revealed, By Your rebuke, O Yahweh, By the breath of the wind of Your nostrils."

⁷ Lift up your heads, O gateways, And be lifted up, O portals eonian, That the King of glory may come in!" ⁸ Who is this King of glory? Yahweh, strong and masterful! Yahweh, masterful in battle!" ⁹ Lift up your heads, O gateways, And be lifted up, O portals eonian, That the King of glory may come in!" ¹⁰ Who is He, this King of glory? ¹⁶ The waters saw You, O Elohim; The waters saw You, and they travailed; Indeed the abyss was disturbed." ¹⁷ Thick clouds were made to storm down waters; The skies cast forth their voice; Indeed Your arrows flew about. ¹⁸ The voice of Your thunder was in the cyclone; Lightning bolts lit up the habitance; The earth was disturbed and quaked. ¹⁹ Your way was through the sea, And Your trails led through vast waters, Yet Your heel-prints were not known."

³ The streams lift up, O Yahweh, The streams lift up their voice; The streams shall lift up their crushing waves." ⁴ Greater than the sounds of mighty waters, Nobler than the breakers of the sea, Is Yahweh noble in the height."

³ The One Who is laying the rafters of His upper chambers on their waters, Who is making the thick clouds His chariot, Who is going on the wings of the wind,

²⁶ And He is saying to them, "Why are you timid, scant of faith?Then, being roused, He rebukes the winds and the sea, and there came a great calm." ²⁷ Now the men marvel, saying, "What manner of Man is this, that the winds as well as the sea are obeying Him?

²⁹ The throng, then, which stands and hears it, said, "A thunderclap has come!Others said, "A messenger has spoken to Him!"

² Now he averred, "Men, brethren, and fathers, hear! The God of glory was seen by our father Abraham, being in Mesopotamia, ere he dwelt in Charan,

⁵ And out of the throne are issuing lightnings and voices and thunders. And seven torches of fire are burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God."

⁵ And the messenger has taken the thurible, and he crams it with the fire of the altar and casts it into the earth. And thunders and voices and lightnings and an earthquake occurred."

¹⁴ These will be battling with the Lambkin, and the Lambkin will be conquering them, seeing that It is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with It are called and chosen and faithful." ¹⁵ And he is saying to me, "These waters which you perceived, where the prostitute is sitting, are peoples and throngs and nations and languages."

⁶ And I hear as it were the voice of a vast throng, and as it were the sound of many waters, and as it were the sound of strong thunders, saying, "Hallelujah! for the Lord our God, the Almighty reigns!"
