Psalms 97:3 Cross References - CLV

³ Fire is going before Him And sets His foes aflame round about;

¹¹ Then you approached and stood below the mountain, when the mountain was consuming with fire unto the heart of the heavens, with darkness, cloud and murkiness,

³⁶ From the heavens He let you hear His voice, to discipline you, and on the earth He showed you His great fire, and you heard His words from the midst of the fire.

⁴ Face to face Yahweh spoke with you at the mount from the midst of the fire

²³ Then it came to be, as you heard the voice from the midst of the fire and the darkness, when the mountain was consuming with fire, that you came near to me, all the heads of your tribes and your elders, ²⁴ and you said:Behold, Yahweh our Elohim has shown us His glory and His greatness, and we heard His voice from the midst of the fire. This day we have seen that Elohim speaks with the human and he still lives.

²² For a fire will be kindled by My anger, and it shall glow unto the unseen beneath; it shall devour the earth and its crop, and it shall set aflame the foundations of the mountains.

⁸ Smoke ascended from His nostrils, And fire that devours from His mouth; Flashing embers blazed forth from Him."

⁸ Your hand shall find all Your enemies; Your right hand, it shall find those hating You." ⁹ You shall make them like a fiery stove in the era of Your presence. Yahweh shall swallow them up in His anger, And fire shall devour them."

³ Our Elohim shall come, And He shall certainly not be silent; Fire, it shall devour before Him, And round about Him it is very tempestuous."

¹⁰ Streaming is a flame in front and issuing from before Him; a thousand thousands are irradiating Him, and ten thousand ten thousands are rising before Him. Adjudication sits and the scrolls are opened."

⁵ The mountains quake because of Him, and the hills dissolve. The earth is upheaving because of His presence, and the habitance and all dwelling in it." ⁶ Before His menace, who will stand? And who will rise in the heat of His anger? His fury is poured forth as fire, and the rocks are broken down because of Him."

⁵ Before Him the plague is going, and a sirocco is faring forth at His feet."

¹ For behold! The day of Yahweh is coming, consuming as a stove, and it devours them. And all the arrogant and all doing wickedness become straw. And the coming day sets them aflame, says Yahweh of hosts, which will not leave to them root or bough."

⁸ in flaming fire, dealing out vengeance to those who are not acquainted with God and those who are not obeying the evangel of our Lord Jesus Christ"

²⁹ for our God is also a consuming fire.

¹⁰ Now the day of the Lord will be arriving as a thief, in which the heavens shall be passing by with a booming noise, yet the elements shall be dissolved by combustion, and the earth and the works in it shall be found." ¹¹ At these all, then, dissolving, to what manner of men must you belong in holy behavior and devoutness, ¹² hoping for and hurrying the presence of God's day, because of which the heavens, being on fire, will be dissolved, and the elements decompose by combustion!"

⁵ And if anyone is wanting to injure them, fire is issuing out of their mouth and is devouring their enemies. And if anyone should be wanting to injure them, thus must he be killed."

¹⁵ And if anyone was not found written in the scroll of life, he was cast into the lake of fire."
