⁴⁷ And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved;

¹¹ My foot hath held to his steps; his way have I kept, and not turned aside. ¹² Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have laid up the words of his mouth more than the purpose of my own heart.

⁷ The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple; ⁸ The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of Jehovah is pure, enlightening the eyes; ⁹ The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever; the judgments of Jehovah are truth, they are righteous altogether: ¹⁰ They are more precious than gold, yea, than much fine gold; and sweeter than honey and the dropping of the honeycomb.

¹ Hallelujah! Blessed is the man that feareth Jehovah, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

¹⁶ I delight myself in thy statutes; I will not forget thy word.

²⁴ Thy testimonies also are my delight [and] my counsellors.

⁴⁸ And I will lift up my hands unto thy commandments, which I have loved, and I will meditate in thy statutes.

⁹⁷ MEM. Oh how I love thy law! it is my meditation all the day.

¹²⁷ Therefore I love thy commandments above gold, yea, above fine gold.

⁵ For let this mind be in you which [was] also in Christ Jesus;

²¹ For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
