³ But they that are learned, shall shine as the brightness of the firmament: and they that instruct many to justice, as stars for all eternity.

¹⁸ But the path of the just, as a shining light, goeth forwards, and increaseth even to perfect day.

³⁰ The fruit of the just man is a tree of life: and he that gaineth souls is wise.

²² If they had stood in my counsel, and had made my words known to my people, I should have turned them from their evil way, and from their wicked doings.

³³ And they that are learned among the people shall teach many: and they shall fall by the sword, and by fire, and by captivity, and by spoil for many days.

³⁵ And some of thelearned shall fall, that they may be tried, and may be chosen, and made white, even to the appointed time: because yet there shall be another time.

⁴³ Then shall the just shine as the sun, in the kingdom of their Father. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

²⁸ And Jesus said to them: Amen I say to you, that you who have followed me, in the regeneration, when the Son of man shall sit on the seat of his majesty, you also shall sit on twelve seats judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

⁴⁵ Who, thinkest thou, is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath appointed over his family, to give them meat in season?

¹⁶ And he shall convert many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. ¹⁷ And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias: that he may turn the hearts of the fathers unto the children and the incredulous to the wisdom of the just, to prepare unto the Lord a perfect people.

³⁶ And he that reapeth receiveth wages and gathereth fruit unto life everlasting: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.

³⁵ He was a burning and a shining light: and you were willing for a time to rejoice in his light.

¹ Now there were in the church which was at Antioch prophets and doctors, among whom was Barnabas and Simon who was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene and Manahen who was the foster brother of Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

¹⁰ According to the grace of God that is given to me, as a wise architect, I have laid the foundation: and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.

⁴⁰ And there are bodies celestial and bodies terrestrial: but, one is the glory of the celestial, and another of the terrestrial. ⁴¹ One is the glory of the sun, another the glory of the moon, and another the glory of the stars. For star differeth from star in glory. ⁴² So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption: it shall rise in incorruption.

¹¹ And he gave some apostles, and some prophets, and other some evangelists, and other some pastors and doctors:

¹⁶ Holding forth the word of life to my glory in the day of Christ: because I have not run in vain, nor laboured in vain. ¹⁷ Yea, and if I be made a victim upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice and congratulate with you all.

¹⁹ For what is our hope or joy or crown of glory? Are not you, in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? ²⁰ For you are our glory and joy.

¹² For whereas for the time you ought to be masters, you have need to be taught again what are the first elements of the words of God: and you are become such as have need of milk and not of strong meat.

¹⁹ My brethren, if any of you err from the truth and one convert him: ²⁰ He must know that he who causeth a sinner to be converted from the error of his way shall save his soul from death and shall cover a multitude of sins.

¹⁵ And account the longsuffering of our Lord, salvation: as also our most dear brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, hath written to you:

²⁰ The mystery of the seven stars, which thou sawest in my right hand and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches. And the seven candlesticks are the seven churches.
