¹⁶ That I should be the minister of Christ Jesus among the Gentiles: sanctifying the gospel of God, that the oblation of the Gentiles may be made acceptable and sanctified in the Holy Ghost.

¹⁹ And I will set a sign among them, and I will send of them that shall be saved, to the Gentiles into the sea, into Africa, and Lydia them that draw the bow: into Italy, and Greece, to the islands afar off, to them that have not heard of me, and have not seen my glory. And they shall declare my glory to the Gentiles: ²⁰ And they shall bring all your brethren out of all nations for a gift to the Lord, upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and on mules, and in coaches, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the Lord, as if the children of Israel should bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the Lord.

¹⁵ And the Lord said to him: Go thy way: for this man is to me a vessel of election, to carry my name before the Gentiles and kings and the children of Israel.

² And as they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Ghost said to them: Separate me Saul and Barnabas, for the work whereunto I have taken them.

²⁴ But I fear none of these things, neither do I count my life more precious than myself, so that I may consummate my course and the ministry of the word which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

³² And now I commend you to God and to the word of his grace, who is able to build up and to give an inheritance among all the sanctified.

²¹ And he said to me: Go, for unto the Gentiles afar off will I send thee.

¹⁷ Delivering thee from the people and from the nations unto which now I send thee: ¹⁸ To open their eyes, that they may be converted from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a lot among the saints, by the faith that is in me.

⁵ And hope confoundeth not: because the charity of God is poured forth in our hearts, by the Holy Ghost who is given to us.

¹³ For I say to you, Gentiles: As long indeed as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I will honour my ministry,

¹ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercy of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing unto God, your reasonable service. ² And be not conformed to this world: but be reformed in the newness of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and the acceptable and the perfect will of God.

¹⁸ For I dare not to speak of any of those things which Christ worketh not by me, for the obedience of the Gentiles, by word and deed,

²⁹ And I know that when I come to you I shall come in the abundance of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.

⁵ The ministers of him whom you have believed: and to every one as the Lord hath given.

¹ Let a man so account of us as of the ministers of Christ and the dispensers of the mysteries of God.

¹⁹ Or know you not that your members are the temple of the Holy Ghost, who is in you, whom you have from God: and you are not your own?

²⁰ For Christ therefore we are ambassadors, God as it were exhorting by us, for Christ, we beseech you, be reconciled to God.

⁵ And not as we hoped: but they gave their own selves, first to the Lord, then to us by the will of God;

²³ They are the ministers of Christ (I speak as one less wise): I am more; in many more labours, in prisons more frequently, in stripes above measure, in deaths often.

⁷ But contrariwise, when they had seen that to me was committed the gospel of the uncircumcision, as to Peter was that of the circumcision. ⁸ (For he who wrought in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision wrought in me also among the Gentiles.)

⁵ He therefore who giveth to you the Spirit and worketh miracles among you: doth he do it by the works of the law or by the hearing of the faith?

¹⁸ For by him we have access both in one Spirit to the Father.

²² In whom you also are built together into an habitation of God in the Spirit.

¹⁷ Yea, and if I be made a victim upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice and congratulate with you all.

¹⁸ But I have all and abound: I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things you sent, an odour of sweetness, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.

² But having suffered many things before and been shamefully treated, (as you know) at Philippi, we had confidence in our God, to speak unto you the gospel of God in much carefulness.

⁹ For you remember, brethren, our labour and toil: working night and day, lest we should be chargeable to any of you, we preached among you the gospel of God.

²³ And may the God of peace himself sanctify you in all things: that your whole spirit and soul and body may be preserved blameless in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹¹ Which is according to the gospel of the glory of the blessed God which hath been committed to my trust.

⁷ Whereunto I am appointed a preacher and an apostle (I say the truth, I lie not), a doctor of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

¹¹ Wherein I am appointed a preacher and an apostle and teacher of the Gentiles.

¹⁶ And do not forget to do good and to impart: for by such sacrifices God's favour is obtained.

¹² To whom it was revealed that, not to themselves but to you, they ministered those things which are now declared to you by them that have preached the gospel to you: the Holy Ghost being sent down from heaven, on whom the angels desire to look.

⁵ Be you also as living stones built up, a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
