Psalms 22:1-31

1 To His Eminence; On the Hind of the Dawn: A Psalm by David. My El, my El, why forsake you me? - so far from my salvation and from the words of my roaring? 2 O my Elohim, I call by day, and you answer not; and by night, and am not silent. 3 And you are holy - you who settles in the halals of Yisra El. 4 Our fathers confided in you - they confided and you slipped them away: 5 they cried to you and escaped; they confided in you and shamed not. 6 I am but a maggot - not a man; a reproach of humanity despised of the people. 7 All who see me deride me; they bust out the lip, they shake the head, 8 saying, Roll on Yah Veh! He rescues him! He slips him away, seeing he delights in him! 9 For you are he who gushed me from the belly; to confide in you at the breasts of my mother. 10 I was cast on you from the womb; you are my El from the belly of my mother. 11 Be not far from me; for tribulation is near: for there is no helper. 12 Many bullocks surround me; the mighty of Bashan surround me: 13 they gape on me with their mouths as a tearing and a roaring lion. 14 I am poured as water and all my bones separate; my heart is as wax melted midst my inwards; 15 my force is dried as a potsherd; my tongue adheres to my prey; you set me into the dust of death. 16 For dogs surround me; the witness of vilifiers surround me: my hands and my feet as a lion. 17 I scribe all my bones; they look and see me; 18 they allot my clothes among them and toss pebbles for my robe. 19 And you, O Yah Veh, be not far from me; O my might, hasten to help me: 20 rescue my soul from the sword; my only from the hand of the dog: 21 save me from the mouth of the lion; from the horns of the reems, answer me. 22 I scribe your name to my brothers; midst the congregation I halal you. 23 You who awe Yah Veh, halal him; all you seed of Yaaqov, honor him; and dodge him, all you seed of Yisra El. 24 For he neither despises nor abominates the humbling of the humble; nor hides his face from him; and in crying to him, he hears. 25 My halal is of you in the great congregation; I shalam my vows in front of them who awe him. 26 The humble eat - satisfied; they who seek Yah Veh halal him; your heart lives eternally. 27 All the finalities of the world remember and turn to Yah Veh; and all the families of the goyim prostrate at your face. 28 For the sovereigndom is to Yah Veh; he is the sovereign among the goyim. 29 All the fat on earth eat and prostrate; all they who descend to the dust kneel at his face; and none enlivens his own soul. 30 A seed serves him; - ascribed to Adonay for a generation. 31 They come and tell his justness to a people yet to be birthed - whom he has worked.

Psalms 69:1-36

1 To His Eminence; On Shoshannim/Trumpets: By David. Save me, O Elohim; for the waters come to the soul. 2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold; I come into depths of waters; the streams overflow me: 3 I belabored of my calling; my throat scorches; my eyes finish off as I await my Elohim. 4 They who hate me gratuitously - my exterminators abound by the myriads; my enemies of falseness, are mighty; I restored what I stripped not. 5 O Elohim, you know my folly; and my guiltinesses are not concealed from you. 6 O Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth, may they who await you, not shame for my sake; may they who seek you, not shame for my sake, O Elohim of Yisra El. 7 Because of you, I bear reproach; shame covers my face: 8 I become a stranger to my brothers and a stranger to the sons of my mother: 9 for the zeal of your house eats me; and the reproaches of them who reproach you fall on me. 10 I weep in the fasting of my soul - my reproach; 11 I give saq for my robe; and I become a proverb to them. 12 They who settle in the portal meditate against me; - I the song of them drinking intoxicants. 13 And as for me, my prayer is to you, O Yah Veh: in a pleasant time, O Elohim, in the abundance of your mercy answer in the truth of your salvation. 14 Rescue me from the mire so that I not sink; - rescue from them who hate me and from the depths of waters: 15 may neither the water streams overflow me, nor the deep swallow me nor the well shut her mouth upon me. 16 Answer, O Yah Veh; for your mercy is good; face me according to the abundance of your tender mercies: 17 hide not your face from your servant; for I tribulate: answer me hastily. 18 Draw near my soul; redeem - because of my enemies, redeem me. 19 You know my reproach and my shame and my dishonor; my tribulators are all in front of you. 20 Reproach breaks my heart; I am full of heaviness; I await someone to wag, and there is no one; and for sighers, and I find none. 21 They give me rosh to chew; and in my thirst, fermentation to drink. 22 Their table becomes a snare at their face - a snare for their shalom: 23 their eyes darken that they see not; and they continually waver their loins. 24 Pour your rage on them so that your fuming wrath overtakes them. 25 Desolate their walls so that no one settles in their tents. 26 For they pursue whom you smite; and they scribe to the sorrow of your pierced. 27 Give perversity for their perversity; that they come not into your justness: 28 - wiped out of the scroll of the living - not scribed with the just. 29 And I humble myself and pain; your salvation, O Elohim, lofts me: 30 I halal the name of Elohim with a song and greaten him with spread hands: 31 And this well-pleases Yah Veh better than an ox or bullock - horned and hoofed. 32 The humble see, and cheer; your heart lives - you who seek Elohim. 33 For Yah Veh hears the needy and despises not his bound. 34 The heavens and earth halal him - the seas and every creeper. 35 For Elohim saves Siyon and builds the cities of Yah Hudah; for them to settle there and possess. 36 The seed also of his servants inherit; and they who love his name tabernacle therein.

Isaiah 53:1-12

1 Who trusts our report? and to whom is the arm of Yah Veh exposed? 2 For he ascends at his face as a sprout - as a root from parched earth: he has neither form nor majesty when we see him; nor visage when we desire him. 3 He is despised and abandoned of men; a man of sorrows, and knowing sickness: as one from whom we hide our face; he was despised, and we machinated him not. 4 Surely he bore our sicknesses and bore our sorrows: yet we machinated him plagued - smitten of Elohim and abased. 5 And he is pierced for our rebellions; crushed for our perversities: the chastisement of our shalom is on him; and with his lashes we are healed. 6 We all strayed as a flock; - every man faced to his own way; and on him, Yah Veh met all our perversity. 7 Of him they exact, and him they abase; yet he opens not his mouth: brought as a lamb to the slaughter and as an ewe at the face of her shearers: he is mute, and opens not his mouth: 8 taken by restraint and by judgment: and who meditates his generation? For he is cut off from the land of the living: - plagued for the rebellion of my people. 9 And he gives his tomb with the wicked and with the rich in his death; because he neither worked violence nor is deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet Yah Veh delights to crush him; he strokes him: when you set his soul for the guilt, he sees his seed; he prolongs his days: and the delight of Yah Veh prospers in his hand. 11 He sees the toil of his soul, and satisfies: by his knowledge my just servant justifies many; for he bears their perversities. 12 So I allot him with the great, and he allots the spoil with the mighty; because he pours his soul to death: numbered with the rebels; and he bears the sin of many, and intercedes for the rebels.

Seventy weeks are cut on your people and on your holy city to restrain the rebellion and to seal up sins and to kapar/atone for perversity and to bring in eternal justness and to seal up the vision and the prophet and to anoint the holy of holies. 25 So know and comprehend, that from the proceeding of the word to restore and to build Yeru Shalem to the Messiah, the Eminent is seven weeks and sixty-two weeks - to restore and rebuild the broadway and the trench even in times of distress. 26 And after sixty-two weeks Messiah is cut off; but not for himself: and the people of the eminent who comes ruins the city and the holies; and the end is with an overflowing; and to the end of the war desolations are appointed.
