⁷ Blithed - your men and blithed - these your servants who stand continually at your face and hear your wisdom. ⁸ Blessed - Yah Veh your Elohim, who delights in you to give you on his throne - sovereign for Yah Veh your Elohim: because your Elohim loves Yisra El that they stand eternally: so he gives you sovereign over them, to work judgment and justness.
