And David the sovereign says to all the congregation, Shelomoh my son, the one Elohim chooses; a lad and tender; and the work is great: for the palace is not for humanity, but for Yah Veh Elohim:

⁶ And Eli Hu the son of Barach El the Buziy answers and says, I am of few days and you are aged; so I fear and awe to show you my knowledge. ⁷ I say, Days word; and abundance of years make wisdom known. ⁸ Surely there is a spirit in man; and the breath of Shadday gives discernment.

⁸ Yah Veh guards your going and your coming from this time and even eternally.

¹⁶ Woe to you, O land, when your sovereign is a lad and your governors eat in the morning!

⁶ Then I say, Aha, Adonay Yah Veh! Behold, I know not how to word: for I am a lad.

²¹ and he changes the times and the seasons: he passes sovereigns by, and raises sovereigns: he gives wisdom to the magi, and perception to them who know discernment:

²⁵ and they expel you from men and you whirl with the live beings of the field; and they have you feed on herbage as bulls and they dye you with the dew of the heavens and seven times pass over you, until you know that Elyon dominates in the sovereigndom of men, and gives it to whomever he wills.
