¹¹ And now hear me; and return the captives you captured of your brothers: for the fuming wrath of Yah Veh is on you.

⁸ and the sons of Yisra El capture two hundred thousand of their brothers - women, sons and daughters: and also plunder much spoil from them and bring the spoil to Shomeron.

¹⁴ O that it please our governors of all the congregation to stand and have all who settle strange women in our cities come with the elders and the judges at appointed times - city by city until the fuming wrath of our Elohim for this word turns from us.

⁶ Is not the fast I chose thus: To loose the bands of wickedness? To undo the bundles of the yoke pole? And to send the crushed away liberated? And to tear every yoke pole?

¹⁴ At the end of seven years every man sends away his brother - a Hebrew sold to you - who serves you six years: send him away liberated from you: and your fathers neither hearkened to me, nor spread their ear. ¹⁵ And today you turn and work straight in my eyes in calling out liberty - every man to his friend; and you cut a covenant at my face in the house on which my name is called:

⁷ Blessed - the merciful: for they obtain mercy.

² For in what judgment you judge, you are judged: and in what measure you measure, is remeasured to you.

CONCLUSION
And abide befriending the brothers abides: ² not forgetful to befriend strangers: for through this some lodge angels in hiding. ³ Remember the bound as being co-bound; and the vilified as also being in the body as you.

¹³ For whoever deals no mercy has unmercied judgment; and mercy exults against judgment.
